Ht. 4"11, Wt. 150 - Hi I need help!!!!I once lost alot of weight before(160 to 115 lbs)Youd think it would be easy know but what happened was...I was happy losing the weight my goal was 100 cause im so short but no matter what i did i stayed just above 115.So i got stumped & regretfully quit.Ive been on here before Have never posted & seriousle need help!!! pleaseeee

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - 190? - Hey everyone, Okay I need some advice to get back on the dieting track again!!! I used to weigh 235 pounds and got down to 160 but now I'm back up to almost 190 pounds and it's depressing. I've gone through ALOT of hard times lately so I haven't been motivated to lose weight. Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - ok my friends confronted me about my eating habbits today and they said this. i need to eat more cuz im slowly killing myself. today i has the vegies off my sald (4 carrets 2 cucumers 4 peices of celery and some ham) and pot roast (about 1/4 a cup) 1 thought its fine then i have been exercizing every day for about an hour.

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S:184/N:168/G:160 - Hey everyone! Today I weighed myself and I was 166, I think that was just water-weight, but I'll check again on Sunday, my real weigh-in date! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat cheese toast on rye bread, pear, low cal. hot cocoa made with skim mlik/SNack: Weight Watchers mini oatmeal raisan bar, mini pretzel pack/Lunch: half turkey burger on mini sub, apple/Snack: lowfat pudding, pack of low-salt nuts and dried cranberries/Dinner: pizza, some kind of veggies, you know...the usual! Exercise: My FRILL SARGENT GYMN TEACHER! Truth be told we didn't really do as much today, and my arms were stil sore from lifiting boxes, so I was a little slow today. :0)

Ht. 5'4 , Wt. 210 - i have a work out i hope will work. it is a 3 minute workout. you do as many pushups in a minute and jumping jacks in a minute and situps in a minute. then i am going to record it in a book to see if i get better or worse. for any other tips you can give me please do.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - well i have been doing the same thing day after day and losing about 1/2 a pound to a pound a day. i realy dont eat a hole bunch. breakfast multigrain cherrios lunch half a peice of pizza (brian eats the other half every day)and water or milk and dinner small amount of everything = about 1 normal size of the main dish and water or jucie. and walking alot were ever i go pe home from school to the store. and i havent been buying candy except for the kitkat bar i buy every day and split with stacee cristina and anna so i get 1/4 of the stupid candy. well i have lost about 13 pounds scince september 1
