Ht. 5'2, Wt. 200 - For breakfast scrambled eggs with little bit's of toast and water. For lunch Lean cuisne 220 cal water and 100 cal pak. For supper beef and noodles water and rice and beef. How I do I will try to have one serving each

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 200 - Breakfst scrambled eggs peca of ham and some toast but it was nasty so I gave it to my mom plus water. For lunch I had hot pocket deli style 2 oatmeal cookies like 220 cal and water. For supper lean cuisne 320 cal how I do.

Ht. 5ft.5in, Wt. 245 - Hey, my name is GG. I'm thirteen years old and overweight. I even started being homeschooled so that i would not be teased in gym class. I have tried two times already to go on a diet, and after about a month each time, I start eating unhealthy things little by little, and then constantly. I do not feel good in my body and everytime I go outside it seems like people look at me. Well, anyways I was just hoping that maybe someone could post some healthy foods that i should be eating and stuff and what type of exercise i should do. That would be great! Thank you VERY much!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-fat free 90 calorie yogurt. lunch- fatfree 90 calorie yogurt with vanilla oreos. after school-popcorn with some halloween candy. exercise- jogging 10 minutes.. 15 minutes of cardio. speed walking home=15 minutes. is hula hooping an exercise?

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - I thnk it's becuase I'm gonna get my period, but today I wieghed myself and I was 169 and not 167. But oh well it's a new month! I's like to be 165 by Christmas. (cg+ current goal) my ultimate goal is 145. Food today: Breakfast: 2 fat free whole grian pancakes with chopped 1/2 of a banana, 2tbs. of sugar free syrup (I'm not going to use it anymore. artificial sweetners! eegad! they're so bad for you!)/no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: grapes/Lunch: lowfat ham and cheese sandwhich on Italian role, water, South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cookies/Snack: lowfat yogurt with dried apple crunchies inside/Dinner: (plan) two unbreaded, backed, lean chicken drumsticks, baked potatoe with light sour cream and salsa, salad, pudding. Exercise: I'm not sure. It depends how much time I have I will eiither do my 30 workout of my intense 10min. ab routinwith ten weight lifts.

ok well i reallllllyyyyyy like this guy and like hes sooo cute i sort of met him at a halloween party... he was dressed as a prostitute.. hhehehe.. but i see him in skool and like... i kno all the girls hes liked and their all supppperrr skinny and like gorgeous but ppl say hes like really nice and sweet and everything.. anyways.. how do u think i can get him to notice and posssibly like me. i told ppl who were friends with him, that i liked him.. but im soo sickly nervous that hes gonna thinking im like soooo ugly.. plsssssss help!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - hey everyone! i'm back into motivated mood! apparently it was just school that was stressing me since i graduate this year. College applications...yuck!!! anyways i have finally managed to organize myself and i feel much more energetic. I guess i really am an emotional eater. stress = overeating. Well good luck everyone and I am once again going to start my lose 20 lbs by january plan.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 200 - this is what I had today. Breakfast grapes and a egg mcmuffin from mcdonlads without the egg and water. Lunch lean cusine 330 cal and water plus a small reses pices. For supper probly chicken noodle soup or fast food if I do get fast food i will get healthy stuff. For snack poptart and grapes with a small piece of ham. For exercise I played vollyball for 1 recess for 2nd recess I walked and run with my friend for p.e. we played crab soccer. How I do.
