Ht. 5'8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 115 lb - did you know that the fattest men lives on mexico he weights over 100 pounds, he has been on bed for five years, he had a lipo but did not work because his cells got inflamated, and his skin got relly soggy, and because his cells got inflamated, he gain even more weight, he can't even stand up his bed he pees on his bed his mom bathes him and he just wears a big blanket on his body because no clothes fits him, it is really sad, but he has a girlfrend, he has to exersise on his bed, and he is getting proffesional help. if you wanna know more they have a video of him,if you wanna read more just go to google go to the fattest man in the world, click on damncoolpics world's fattest man in mexico .and you would think about you , do we really wanna look like that in about 20 years this is just shockin

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone! Ugh I am so sore! I'm finally getting back in the habit of working out everyday and I feel awesome! I ran for 45 min yesterday and burned 550 cals but omgoodness today my legs are so sore, but thats a good thing! I was gonna weigh in today but I went and got dinner at like 10 last night so I know i'll be off and I know I will be up drinking all weekend so i'll weigh in sometime next week! I just got invited to the Pike Frat x-mas party tonight! I'm excited! The Pikes are the hotties on campus! Well i gotta go study, but i did put pics up from last weekend on myspace! Check them out! Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Im so happy i did not over over eat today. this morring i got up at 4:45 and worked out for an hour. then i had some fruit. for lunch i had 1/2 a sandwitch then when i got home from school i had the other 1/2. then for dinner i had only one plate. i so happpy i hope i can keep it up. please give fed back

Ht. 5'5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hello guys <3 I was kind of debating about starting a low low carb diet. I mean not cut carbs out completley though. Like... eggs, tuna,chicken,any kind of meat. but then any kind of vegtable and fruit. whater or diet soda only and yeah. i usually work after school until 10 so i dont get a chance to work out. but would like 50 crunches a day even be effective? cause it seems so low. Also are there any kind of small exercises like crunches but for hips and legs and butt? thanks you guys are great!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hi everyone... well i noticed i gained 2 pounds.. however it's not a bad thing b/c my clothes are fitting better. I know its muscle weight b/c i've been working out so hard lately my legs are gaining more muscle. which is fine w/ me! muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space:) so yay lol

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 180 lb - omg i'm so happy i've lost 4 pounds since monday i wasn't suppose to weight myself untill sunday so i wont put it on the current wegiht but i had to weigh myself because i wanted to see if my hard work was paying off i'm so happy i will post if i have lost any more weight on sunday if i don't it'll be fine because i know loseing to much weight really fast isn't that good by the way i was planing to go to the gym only 4 days a week and workout at home fri and sat for 30 mins when i go to the gym i do about 2 hours so what do you guys think??

Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so my plan is to be a pant size smaller by christmas. i'm eating normal foods, but ZERO junk. so i'm not being a health freak, just regular meals without the crap. anyway, tell me how i did so far today: bfast- 2 pieces of cinnamon toast, small glass of milk, small bowl of corn chex; lunch- ham and lettuce on pita, very small baggie of cheez-its, mini 100% berry juice, small serving dried fruit(apple); for dinner i'm planning on- small small piece of lasagna(i dont really like it), a mini crescent roll, a salad w/ honey mustard dressing. exercise- 30 minute jog, raked leaves for 30 minutes, weird yoga in gym that probably didnt burn any calories.

i've tried changing my diet to get it more heatlhy, but i sorta give up at one point. You know when you think[oh i'll do this later nothing will happen] but something did. I was a happy 113 during the summer but when i came back to skool i gained 13 LBS!!! But i've tried something different now that seems to work. I made myself a collage of all the cute things i could where and pasted it on my wall & started going rollarblading with my brother 3 times a week. Another thing is that my family dosnet eat the heatlhiest foods(which im trying to change) ex. Thai food, CHinese food, Iltanion etc. I'll try not to quit and get myself MoTiVated! And for the people like me who just cant find that inspriation KEEP Trying! =D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i havent been eating the greatest lately, since i can actually eat solid foods again, i had pizza for supper lastnight, and i had two chicken burgers and pea soup tonight... but thats all i ate all day, and it added up to 1040 calories so its not too bad lol
