Ht. 5'8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I USE TO BE REALLY SKINY BUT I STARTED TO GAIN WEIGHT WHEN I STARTED HIGH SCHOOL I HAVE TRIED EXERSING ALL THE TIME BUT I CAN NEVER KEEP UP, MY DAD ALWAYS BRINGS JUN FOOD HME SO I CAN NEVER KEEP UP WHENEVER I EXERSISE I FEEL SO MUCH PAIN LIKE FOR A WEEK ESPCIALLY THE ABDOMEN EXERSISE CAAN SOMEBODY TELL ME OF SOME EXERSISES THAT DO NTO CAUSE PAIN???????
