Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well i think I did ggreaat in the morning some hotcholoate and bread luch a chewy snack bar a chicken salad and a water no later ima eat dinner I wanna binge but I won't ill have somthing healthy.! I was suppose to workout today but I had to stay for math tuorials good luck<3

Ht. 4'10", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok so I have done so horrible. I've done it yet once again. Started goin on a diet and then totally failed. Well I'm gonna try it again cept I hafta remember it's a lifestyle change not a diet. At least I haven't gained the weight back. I have such a hard time with eating right and not too much. My exercising is doing ok though. Any encouragement would be much appreciated. And anyone who would be willing to hold me accountable would be appreciated too.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I learned today that we should really be careful about which foods we think are good and which we label as bad. My roommate got a tin with 3 different kinds of popcorn and I assumed that the caramel corn was worse than the cheese popcorn or the buttered popcorn so I made a point of not eating it. I equated the sweet caramel corn with candy. BUT today I read the nutritional information on the bottom and it turns out that the caramel corn actually has less fat and calories than each of the others! So it's not always best to go with your assumptions.
Just thought I'd share. Read labels and compare things before you choose.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok so i finally lost 4 pounds...then i went out and TOTALLY pigged out a few days later...i felt soo bad that i just started eating everything in sight...alot was before i fell aseep too....now i gained 5 pounds back...i knew that i should of just got back on track but i didnt...i feel worse then i did before and i look pregnant cuz all of my weight is in my lower belly...i have stick arms too! 2maro im gonna go really light(but not starve myself) and i will try to exercise a bit more but it might be hard cuz i dont have my exercise stuff anymore cuz my mom wanted to throw it out...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Today I weighed myself and I'm 177.6lbs...2 weeks ago I was 18.4 lbs! Yay!
Anyway, today for breakfast i had 1 slice of toast, a portion of mushroom omelet (made with egg substitute, and a 6 oz. glass of 100% mango juice (no sugar added and no artificial sweeteners). How'd I do? I'm trying to recooperate after Thanksgiving and a long week of exams, LOL.

and count carbs not cals - if trying to lose weight only eat 100-150 and day but if u want to stay the same only eat 200 per day.
its not much to eat but if you find the low carb foods then i think you can make it... it works

Ht. 5'7", Start: 310 lb, Today: 310 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey, well i'm 18 years old and very overweight, this isn't my first time on this website or first time trying to lose weight. I've lost weight in the past and turned around and gained it back, and now that i'm in college the freshman 15 has claimed me as another victim and now i'm fed up and im trying to take action by eating alot less and exercising alot more. Because i'm tired of feeling out of place with the people I hang out with, but I already know how to exercise and how much but does anyone have any food tips because either i'll have cereal and a cup of fruit for breakfast and for lunch a Subway sandwhich and dinner a salad with the works and lowfat dressing..how does that work? OPINIONS please?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - i cant take it anymore. I hate that all the kids at my college are asian with their petite bodies. Jesus christ normally i hate generalizing...but so far the only people i see are these thin asian girls who eat so much more than me and dont gain a lb and to make it worse they dont even work out!! i hate genetics...argh i have eaten so poorly since thanksgiving....but yea i will get back on track starting tomorrow morning... i need to incorporate exercise badly...wish me luck

Great night last night, the party was amazing, and it was technically a college sponsered one so it was at this bar with a dj and yeah. I was already pretty hammered when I got there and then we found this really nice senior boy who bought us beer all night so yay! I love dancing, its such a workout! Met a couple cuties that i made out with on the dance floor, good times but yeah today I gotta work which blows so i don't really have time to workout or anything but I did weigh in this morning and 180 even which is pretty good! Oh and for KIMBURLY idk y my stomach is so flat to be honest with u i just gain weight in my butt and legs mostly and my stomach isn't effected, idk...but oh yeah I'm not in a sorority either, well yet, see my college rushes after winter break and Im def gonna do that so I will be (hopefully) in like a month. Well I gotta go get ready for work! Stay Strong everyone!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 168 lb - I've been going to the gym 5 or 6 days a week for a while now but I got sick a couple of weeks ago and then I went home for thanksgiving so I was away from the gym for almost 2 weeks. My friend Jess and I weighed ourselves on Sunday and made a pact to go to the gym every day and then weigh ourselves again on Sudnay (tomorrow.) So, I've been to the gym every day and I can't wait to see how much I've lost. I feel pretty good about it. :-)
