Hi. Last summer I was really fit and healthy and liked to ride my bike and other outside stuff like that. Now, I don't. I watched TV almost all today. And you know what my dinner was?...one of those Betty Crocker bowls of cake frosting. I have gained some weight over the summer, and I know I'm gonna gain a lot more at this rate. I can see my stomach getting larger and larger.

breakfast: half a slice of bread+ an apple
snack: half a slice of bread and any type of fruit but banana...its loaded with calories.
lunch: 1 slice of bread with pure tuna filling(no mayo)
dinner: quarter bowl white rice, boiled veggies and non oily soup.
people...try tis out,, it works I AM NOT KIDDING.... IT GIVES YOU ENOUGH ENERGY. BUT DOESNT PUT MUCH FAT IN YOU. i lost 6.6 pounds using this ok.....in a matter of 1 week. and i managed to indulge in chocolates and stuff.... what to eat and what not to:
NO BANANAS..loaded with calories.
No durians...its also fatty
no oreos..i noe its tempting.
no milk....4 % of it is fats
just follow my diet. you can subsitued rice for maybe, three slices of bread?

Hi all, this is gonna be a long message, but I really need to say it all. Ok, way back at the beginning of May, I was 150lbs, well, over a 3 day trip to London I put on 7lbs, and my gain has continued, and I'm now 214!!! And, the worst bit, (well, second worst actually) is that all my friends are thin: Alissa - 98lbs, Sam - 121lbs Suanne - 117lbs Chris(tina) - 134lbs and Cat - 126lbs. But I used to be the fittest of them all, now I sometimes have difficulty getting out of chairs! But the worst bit is (I want your opinions on this) is that I think that one of my friends is making me fat on purpose. Cos whenever I ring her up and ask if she'd like to come to the gym, she'll say nah, come wih me into town and then she'll buy us both HUGE meals at McDonald's or somewhere, and then hardly touch hers and give them all to me. And whenever I'm at her house, there are tonnes of snacks lying about, and they'e all my favourites! So, anyway, thats my story. Laura (laura669@altavista.com)

UGH I need help so much! I just got into this really top of the line dance thing, we put on shows all over, and we're doing one in Europe in a yr. Next month is my FIRST show. and my costume is SPANDEX. and all the other girls are SO tiny. and I'm HUGE! I'm like 5"1 and 140 pounds. I exercise alot, and i havent been eating much at all. I think my main problem is pop...but i need to lose 50 pounds by August 12th, pleaseeeeee help meeee!!!!I was bulemic for awhile, but I stopped that. I dunno what to do!

A new plan that can let you loose 2-3pounds a week. underneath find your weight goe to the right and see how long you should bike at 10 mph .
205 ^ ................2 hours
180-205 ............2 hours 15 mins 160-180 ............2 hours 20 mins
140-160 ............2 hours 40 mins 120-140.............3 hours 5 mins
100-120.............3 hours 40 mins
Take 500 calories out of your daily diet

to every one who read the other bulittin that program is to hard . I mean who wants to work out 6-8 hours a day. plus my mom said that it's not health to loose 1 pound a day .

i am around 5 ft 3 which is around 1.6 m... and i weigh 48 kgs which is like, 105 pounds? HELP!!!! I JUZ GOTTA LOSE weight. i have checked it out and i know that the really ideal weight for me is, like 80 pounds. i hope to regain my figure because last year i was only around 85 pounds. But, i have grown 12 cm. but i know i am fat. i have a BEEG TUMMY. as in like, 25 inches. and after i eat it EXPANDS to like, 29 inches... i am such a pig. here is another diet/exercersise plan for thoughs 180 -200 lbs. do each of these 2 hours a day- Bike at 10 mph
- walk ( get 1 mile per twenty minutes )
- Cook ( I suggest lunch and dinner )
- rollerblading 8 mph
- Take 600 calories out of your daily diet

hey every one 205 and up . i've made up a diet/exersise plan for you . it's hard but it's worth it. you have to do stuff for 6 hours a day. but it isn't just a work out you can do stuff like make dinner . The things I'm going to list need to be done 1 hour each. Riding a bike at 10 mph , jump rope easly , walking 1 mile in 20 mins , cooking , laundry vacuming , and when you eat take out 600 calories from you daily diet . Use a note book to record how many calories youv'e eat . If you do this stuff you can burn up to 3510 calories a day . Weigh your self multiply that by 12 thats how many calories a day you should be eating then subtract 600 from that. take Sundays off from the exercise but keep eating healthy. The heavyer you weigh the more calories you will burn from doing this. I hope this will help you .

Hey everyone! I need your help. I HAVE GOT TO LOOSE WEIGHT. I am a sophomore and I play girls soccer for my school, and even tho I feel like I am in alot more shape than I started and I have lost somewhat weight...I wanna loose inches. I thought about the whole no carb thing but as an athlete those kinda things arn't good for u. So, my question is, does anyone know of any healthy diets for athletes to loose inches without loosing their energy for the games? Plus, I wanna loose it quick within 3 wks.
