Hi all, this is gonna be a long message, but I really need to say it all.
Ok, way back at the beginning of May, I was 150lbs, well, over a 3 day trip to London I put on 7lbs, and my gain has continued, and I'm now 214!!!
And, the worst bit, (well, second worst actually) is that all my friends are thin: Alissa - 98lbs, Sam - 121lbs Suanne - 117lbs Chris(tina) - 134lbs and Cat - 126lbs. But I used to be the fittest of them all, now I sometimes have difficulty getting out of chairs!
But the worst bit is (I want your opinions on this) is that I think that one of my friends is making me fat on purpose. Cos whenever I ring her up and ask if she'd like to come to the gym, she'll say nah, come wih me into town and then she'll buy us both HUGE meals at McDonald's or somewhere, and then hardly touch hers and give them all to me. And whenever I'm at her house, there are tonnes of snacks lying about, and they'e all my favourites! So, anyway, thats my story.

the rest of the diet is that keep a journal of how many calories you eat . each day eat 1900 calories
Look on the sides of the food container to how many calories the food contains

Ohhh..the same thing happens with my friend Erin. She's like 105 pounds, pretty tiny. And she'd always fix me HUGE meals, and she wouldnt eat hers and offer it to me. I don't know if your friend is doing that on purpose or if that's just what your thinking from all of it. But if she turns you down to go to the gym, and asks you to go out, tell her no, that you really do need to go. Or if you do decide to go out, pick out your own meal, something not too heavy, and eat realllllly slow, so you will get full faster and not want to eat as much.
