Today: 7 st 0 - hiya im 14 and 7 stone right? and ppl hu weight like 8stone say they r overweight they aint it all depends on ur height n weight PLUS whilst ur still growing ur gonna gain/loose some weight any way its not till u sto growing that u can actually loos/gain weight to be honest  (Note: 7 st 0 is 98 lb.)

Ht. 5'0", Today: 120 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 110 lb - I am 5ft and weigh 120lbs. It may not seem like it, but I am pretty chubby! How can i lose 10lbs? Also, how long should it take me to lose 10-15lbs?

I was just wondering if anyone has any info on low fat diets? Is it better to count calories or focus on the amount of fat you are eating? Thanks to any replies!

I started my diet one week ago today. I have my first weigh-in with weight wathcers tonight! I just wanted to say that I have been pissing myself reading all of your stories. I'll let you know how I get on.

I read in one of my teen magazines that eating a tablespoon of penut butter can reduce your calorie intake by up to 30%!!!! A tablespoon of penut butter has 95 calories, so it should really help. imma try it and see if it works.TTYL

Hey everyone! Thought I'd check in since nobody's in the chat room right now. It's been 1 month 10 days into my diet and I'm down 13lbs!!! I actually look better too. I'm just so excited about this, I wanted everyone to know :) I still have another 99lbs to go..But I'm out of the triple digits! I am not that fat and i don't like kids that say there fat,everyone is diffrent just go on a simple diet cause when u get out of school know one is going to care what u look like!!

Hey all. Its been a bit since I last posted but last sunday was my birthday and we went shopping for it and I am so happy. I have lost two pant sizes! I havnt done much just taken a stacker2 after every meal (I only have two since I dont take it after Breakfast) everynight I walk/jog for 30 minutes. Do weight training for a few minutes and do 100 crunches. I have been doing that everyday and I am not really seeing the results but I am sure I am toning...If you have any suggestions or advice please e-mail me at Thorn86@aol.com or IM me at Thorn86
