You are overweight but not obese yet!You should have a gaol to get your weight down a good weight between 145-190 for your hight that means youll need to lose 30lb atleast to be healthy! Here are some good tips i hope youll use them it has been clinicaly tested that skiping breakfast does not nessacarely help you lose weight eat a good breakfast it will help you in school pless youll burn it off during the day do not eat at night your body needs to digest if you do it will turn in to fat try eating 3 healthy meals a day no snacks in between! try eating dinner early so your body as time to burn off dinner try eating half of your meals then your geting half of the calories you can try drinking weight loss drinks for breakfast or lunch there low in calories! for exercizing try running around your block jump roping sitt ups push ups any kind of arobic exercize
