I would like to lose about 30 or 40 pounds in the next 6 months but i need to know wht diest works the best and i do workouts like pilates, is that enough or will i need to do more with it?

hey everyone how are you lives i bet they are better then mine people i really need help i was doing great before but now i like gained all the weight back i tryed a lot of stuff like juices, slim fast, and all that stuff but nothing seems to work on my fast @$$ so can anyone help me im really depressed and i have talked to my parents but they dont really have time for me cause the work all day then they come home and take care of my younger brother and sisters i need a friend right now.....

Hello people. My name is Paige. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall. I weigh 187 pounds. I think that I am fat and that I weigh to much. People tell me I look perfectly fine, but every time I look in mirror I almost break down and cry. Since the last time I looked in a mirror, about an hour ago, I have been wondering if anorexia is the answer to my problem. Please help!!!!

In memory of Matthew Self,Austin York,Rosa and Mark Barbosa.All were gunned down in the McKinney home....shot in the head.All died at the scene,save for Matthew,who died early Saturday mornin at Baylor medical center in Dallas. Austin and Matthew were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sure the boys were jocks,and hassled me ~yes even beat me up for being obese~but i mourn them still. They were only kids!And poor Rosa,loving mother murdered in her own home. In memory and may the killers be found quickly.

hey yall, wuts up? I just wanted to say that I started atkins about a month ago, and I weighed in at 280lbs! Now, I weigh 256! That's like 24 lbd... i know its just a start, but it just kinda lets me know that I CAN make it! oh yea, and all yall who said that you gain weight when you get off that diet, ur wrong, you never really get off the diet, but you start eating more and more carbs gradually. That's the whole point, and that's why it works for maintaining weight too.
