Hey guys, i really need help on losing weight. Please tell me of what i'm doing so far is good or if i need to do something else. Exersise:20 min on bike 4-5 days a week, 20 min of arobic(spelling?) exersise twice a week, weight training 4 times a week.Food: Breakfast-Banana, cereal, or yogurt Lunch-Turkey sanwich on bun the size of my fist, juice, and some type of fruit Dinner-one serving of some type of meat, a salad, a glass of milk, small bowl of fruit I drink 4-6 glasses of water a dayPlease post tips and advice. Also how much weight do you think i can lose in four months? THANKS

I'dsay more fruit and veggies. Cut down on the meat, like twice a week only and having skimmed milk. Plus try working out in the morning before eating. Try to lower the carbs but don't take them out compeletly! Instead of having bread, have a potato. And water down your juice. Then you can twice as much cos it's watered down, and you don't notice your having the same. Try a yogurt with less fat and kcals per 100g.
