Can anyone tell me some good excersises to do, I'm 5.2 and my weight is 148 and I'm trying to get down do around 115 at least, or lower. Last week I was doing crunches but I find them hard. I have been jogging up and down the stairs 10 times because someone said this was good for legs which is what I need the most work on. Help me anyone?
