i need help! Im takling to the love of my life right now whos also a very close friend. I just helped him hook up with a girl he likes but they are having mixed feelings now and she wants to get with someone else but he's still hung on her, anyway, i really want to tell him my feelings for him but don't want to cause him anymore stress...what should i do tonight?

I became very fat since last summer. My height is 1.65m and my weight is 180 pounds.Now, my friends like to make fun of me during the dinner or lunch times. Sometimes, they called me ''fat girl" . It really hurts me. I want to lose 20pounds before this summer end. But, my weight is stay the same althought i started to lose weight since a few weeks ago. I guess my lose weighting plan is not working!

i need help with this insane binge eatting at night!! i cant' stop!! i eat thing after thign after thing.. even though im reaching for healthy things like oatmeal, chicken, etc, i eat SO MUCH of it!! i know its the thing thats getting me, but i have this feeling like what i eat at night doesn't count and i know its so baD!! if i am getitng this weight off before school starts it needs to stop .. any tips!?

Oh and today i heard on the news something weird and cool about how to lose weight.. It said that when u walk count your steps like 1 , 2 , 3 ... cuz that way you won't even notice you are walking/execising and its fun. i am going to try it...

hi. i am going into high school and am ding ROTC. i am really excited but i need to get in shape for it. i wanted to know what ideas you have (i've tried atkins but i love carbs too much) i understand that it may take a while but i would love it if i could loselike 25 lbs (then i'd be in the 160s) before schhol starts. i really want to not struggle a lot so give me the FYI ob the things you've read or done. food exercise anything. love christina

Okay. So .. yesterday i was reading up things about aspartame, adn the whole memory loss, and how diet pop actually can make you fat if you drink too much, becuase it makes excess pockets to store the acid or something like that! ( not to go too far into detail). anyway, i bought a 32 oz. water bottle, and the past two days i haven' t had any pop, only 64 oz+ of water a day , which is 8 glasses. So far i haven't lost anything, and i'm still trying to conquer the headaches from my addiction to caffeine!! But im NOT giving in!!
