NOT A WEIGHT POST! DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I have been looking all over and yada yada. I don't know how to do cornrows or anything. Does anybody know of any other good styles for a week's camp that i dont have to redo every day?

Another question: If I go from 147 lbs to about 120-125 how many inches off my thighs and butt and stomache will I loose?
Right now my measurements are: stomache at belly botton: 31", Butt: 38.5" Thanks

Hey everybody. I used to be very active playing all kinds of sports and stuff. But then I stopped doing as much and became 148lbs at 5'5. I am still very muscular and have a lot of strength so i dont look that bad. This summer I am gonna resume being as active as I used to be and will probably loose a lot of weight. My goal is to be 120-125 lbs by September 14 (when high school starts.) I went on this website where it tells you how many calories per day you are burning including your metabolic rate and the activities that you do. When I did it I got 6,500 calories per day! This is definately correct because I am gonna pretty much be doing something all day long like running swimming, tennis, tae bo, pilates, etc. I was wondering if it it safe to loose weight at a fast pace like this because I will be eating 2500 calories per day. So that equals to 8 pounds of weight loss per week. I know that sounds very dangerous, but is it really? I mean, I am gonna do it the right way and not starve myself??? Please help

i'm getting so frusterated.. i've been doing everything right for like 2 weeks and this really isn't working.... i've been having 1400 cals a day or so , 8 glasses of h2o a day, low fat nutritious things, recommended daily activitiy... and now im trying to get rid of the night eatting, which i have been. Why aren't i losing... :(!!

hey there i have been riding my bike everyday for the last week about 3 - 5 miles a day and haven't lost any and i also wasn't eating as much why could this be i figured that if i didn't eat as much and rode my bike that much that i would at least have lost 2-5 pounds can any one answer my question of why this could be thanks a lot

Hey guys! You know...I think I'm obsessed with this message board...everytime I see a cool site about weight loss I just think, "GOTTA TELL THE PEOPLE AT BLUBBERBUSTER.COM!!!" Lol ok here it is: this morning I did research on Green Tea. A couple lost 25lbs and 33lbs in 5 months drinking green tea without dieting and exercising! Pretty impressive, eh? Now, if you diet AND exercise AND DRINK TEA, your results would be even better, I'd assume. I've read in the past that green tea speeds up your metabolism by 10% on average (3 cups a day). I lost 15 pounds....the problem is i went shopping when i had the weight....Now most of the shirts i had bought are now to big and to wide.....It takes me an hour to pick an outfit out of my closet everyday....Every boy in my class likes me and thinks im beautiful but I just have these days when i can't see my beauty.

i feel like crying. I used to be overweight and i came to this site every single day and i understand what it is like to be made fun of and to hate what you look like..I just want everyone to be careful with the way they loose the weight because if they take the wrong way at loosing weight like i did..youre scarred for life and its not easy to heal and you end up with something serious.ignore people who make fun of you, enjoy life..and stay safe

u know how pple say that everyone deserves or NEEDS to give ur body a day of resting time for ur body to function? Well, does taht only go for weight lifting? or does is also go for cardio exercises? So, If I did some kind of video exercises every other day, and walked or jogged the other days taht I dont do the videos, would that be okay? or would it interfere with the muscle growing or fat burning time? Thanx
