hey i started my diet about 6 days ago is it bad that i lost about 7-8 pounds?, also i am so proud of my self i lost 3 1/2 inches around my stomache...only 23lbs more to loose...thanx for the help any sugustions to loosing it any quicker

i tried a slm fast drink this morning. i wasnt hungry cuz it was like 6am but i derank like half the can anyway cuz it said it goives u energry and i waz tired. it diddnt but o well. but then i was hungry by second period. it was pretty good though, not really creamy like it said it was tho. what do u all think of yhhe drinks. i havent tried the snacks yet but they look good on the comercials.

JS; I am sorry that people on here are getting annoyed by u. But I have been thinking that it's not gonna do any good to argue with them. So why don't you just try posting ur own comments and giving advice. don't be bossy like they are saying u r being. just be nice, and post advice. dont tell ppl to stay on topic or anything. im sure that if u do that, ppl will be nicer to u. everybody learns the hard way. and just so u know, i don't think ur stupid or crazy or anything. ur just a 12 year old girl. :-D and everybody should know that. i think that everybody else could have asked POLITELY for you to stop doing some things, but they bashed u instead, and im sorry. just try to give advice and questions only. ok hon? good luck, and i'll talk to u on the board later

OMG....you guys wont guess what I just did today, I am soooooooo freaking tired!!!! I just got done running 4 miles and up and down stairs and playing bball and doing sprints and football drills all in 90 degree weather. I am beat, and I gotta go it all tomarrow and wedsnday, it is soooo tiring I was working from 8AM until 12:30PM and it was Hell!!, but I have such good news, it is now June I been excersising for about 3 months now....3 months ago I wieghed 393 Pounds right now I am happy to say that I wiegh 330...I am going for my goal of 200, I am so determined.. This is what I do for all this to happen:
I don't watch my varbs and stuff like I should, but it seems like I just need to keep doing what I am doing...ok
Breakfast: I have a bowl of frosted flakes or Rice Crispies with skim milk, and I eat an apple and a lil glass of skim milk

Just by only eatting 1200 cals i lost 2 lbs today !! I'm excited.. its off to a good start, could be water weight but at least i think this is going somewhere!

Hey everybody. I used to be very active playing all kinds of sports and stuff. But then I stopped doing as much and became 148lbs at 5'5. I am still very muscular and have a lot of strength so i dont look that bad. This summer I am gonna resume being as active as I used to be and will probably loose a lot of weight. My goal is to be 120-125 lbs by September 14 (when high school starts.) I went on this website where it tells you how many calories per day you are burning including your metabolic rate and the activities that you do. When I did it I got 6,500 calories per day! This is definately correct because I am gonna pretty much be doing something all day long like running swimming, tennis, tae bo, pilates, etc. I was wondering if it it safe to loose weight at a fast pace like this because I will be eating 2500 calories per day. So that equals to 8 pounds of weight loss per week. I know that sounds very dangerous, but is it really? I mean, I am gonna do it the right way and not starve myself??? Please help
