Hi everyone my names Mallory and i wiegh 200 pounds i work really hard at controlling what i eat and i work out twice a week but im still not losing is their any helpfull hints or special workouts anyone can tell me about?

try working out 4 times a week, for 2wice as long. or ,cut 200 caloires a day off your diet.

Hi its good u work out and watch what you eat. Maybe u could boost your workout to 3 times a week and work your way up to more if u want. But you should work at least 3 times a week to see results. Good luck!

Hmn, I used to feel the same way, I was just 210 a few weeks ago and felt that I'de never lose it, but lo and behold I'm now 198. Heh, don't worry, just keep working at it. You'll get their. As long as you control what you eat and work out then your fine ~
