ive been trying to loose weight since i was probublly 11, im 15 now and ive kept gaining weight, im 183 now and ive dont so much as to get my own mini fridge in my bedroom to keep me from eating whats in the kitchen but that didnt stop me. i thought i was 157 before but i found out my scale was broke and i was actully 175. because of that i got depressed and have ironicly gained 8 more pounds. I dont want to start high school fat so im wanting to loose atleast 53 pounds by september 7th. ill stay posted. thanx for listning

hi guys...just thought id share that i lost 3lbs at weigh in this morning...thats a total of 39.5 in 16 weeks....im sooo pleased....still got about another 45 to go though!!

i am 14 and im 5,7 and 180lbs. I would really like to weight 130 and im hoping to loos the 50lbs this summer. i know its alot to loose in 3 months but i really think i can do it after reading what all you people have had to say, and after being overwight for years, still wearing hoodies in june to hide my stomach. I cant weight till i can go shopping and be able to buy pants and like them. Thank you everyone for letting people know your success and im gunna stay posted on my weight loss.

this isn't a question but more of a motivator for people trying to look better or lose weight by exercising: Pain is weakness leaving the body. that got me through the beginning stages of my exercising when it's really hard b/c it hurts. stay with it guys. you will be SOOO happy in the end!

Oh, just to tell those of you who are using meal replacements: KINETIX brand meal replacement bars are AWESOME!!! I also use slimfast and haved used Atkins Advantage, Jamieson Slimdown, Nutribar. Kinetix is the MOST filling and it only has 150 calories per bar (45g). It tastes like Slimfast, which I think is the yummiest amongst all those PUKE-bars that I've tried. Further, it takes longer to chew so you feel more satisfied! I just bought my first box yesterday. I don't know if they have them in the States though...I'm in Canada. ~~MissyK~~
