FOR EVERYONE WHO IS DOING LOW CARBS! I have read about every low carb diet,including atkins and not so popular alternative, I have spoke with my doctor, my friends doctor and nutritonists. Yes low carb dieting will help you lose weight fast, and it seems more of a miracle with no side effects from the attention and media it has been receiving. But please read this, only a couple more sentences. Once you go off low carb dieting, or start to eat more carbs and not realize it, you will gain the weight you lost back times about 2. Wether you've been on it for a week, or for 3 years. If your committed to following a plan for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, then that is really good for you, on the otherhand, if theres any chance you might fail or in 20 years go off the diet, please don't even start it. Think about how horriable it would be to lose 5 lbs then go off and it gain about 10 back. I take Beyonce Knowlels advice-"eating everything in small portions and overloading on fat or calories is what works for me." Concentrate of exercise first, i ordered slim in 6 and it really does work, then start making your portions of your food smaller, then pretty soon you'll be able to stop thinking about what your eating and just be used toe ating smaller portions. You'll thank yourself when your older or decided another diet seems much more enticiing, and then gain all the weight back.
