hi. i am going into high school and am ding ROTC. i am really excited but i need to get in shape for it. i wanted to know what ideas you have (i've tried atkins but i love carbs too much) i understand that it may take a while but i would love it if i could loselike 25 lbs (then i'd be in the 160s) before schhol starts. i really want to not struggle a lot so give me the FYI ob the things you've read or done. food exercise anything. love christina

wow 160 how tall are u because im about 5 11 and i weigh about 150 pounds and i think im fat idk i went to some web sites about it and they said i was i gess it all depends on your body shape tho

maybe it's in a tech center? i'm not sure but i think there's something like that at my school too because it's attached to a college. i know a few people who did that...i think one if them didn;'t like it...

That's great! I'm planning on doing (Air Force) ROTC in college. I originally was going to go into the Air Force, but I really don't know if it's going to happen.

taebo is great exersize, eat 1200-1500 calories a day. drink more water and eat more veggies- this helped me shed my first 26 pounds or so...

just eat protein, and all the healthy foods on the pyramid so that ur body can stay strong. bike ride each morning, and walk around alot. good luck to u.
