Hey Guys I'm so excited, I've been on a diet since December but I didn't really think it would work out because none of my diets has worked out..I went to the doctor today and found out I have lost 40 Pounds!! I'm so happy I"m still overweight but now I have hope :)

hey there everyone. my name is jennifer, im 17 and weigh 227 pounds. (my problem areas are my back and stomach, my arms and legs arent that bad) im looking to lose weight by prom (i'll be a senior when school starts). our prom will be in may and i gotta start looking for dresses in like febuary. does anyone have any tips? no matter how much i try to exercise and eat right i either stay the same exact weight or gain the 10 pounds i lose right back. its really aggravating. anybody know of any really effective exercises? thanks! we can do it guys dont worry :)

yesterday i woke up n had 1 blueberry muffin n 3 small pieces of bacon 4 breakfast...then had a lrge coffee from boreders 4 lunch n 4 dinner i had diet pepsi, 2 little slices of a cheese quesidilla, and one small motzerrella stick...thatz pritty good 4 me i guess lol...im 5'6 n weigh 146...<3

I can't lose weight it's too hard i have too many problems to deal with i'm surprised i didn't kill my self already i just cant take it i've been trying to lose weight since i was seven is there a hat where i can talk about my dad?

ok, i have tryed exercize and diet and everything. im still gunna exercize but im gunna try cutting carbs. unfortunally i LOVE carbs but im gunna try, im not doing atkins, im gunna do my own low carb program. here is my question: to lose 10+ lbs by august 23rd how many carbs should i eat a day and can anyone recomend any good foods with low carbs (i hate fish and tuna) PLEASE REPLY!

yesterday i was doing good, then i just totally slipped!!!!! because my mom re-heated this REALY good korean type dish thing.... and AGH! i cant believe i did that! i was doing SOOOO good for like the whole day! =(

Also...i had a protein shake for breakfast, then a scrambled egg sandwich with grapes and milk for lunch and feticini noodles, brocoli, salad, and chicken for dinner (then the cookie dough and ice cream!) it so addicting!

gosh..i had an ice cream bar after dinner then i was like "freak it" i had already done bad so yeah i had like 5 tbsps of cookie doughAFTER that! gosh!

I screwed up bigtime today! I can't believe it! I had a sausage bisquit for breakfast (from mcdonalds!) and for lunch I had one fourth of a cheeseburger that I was feeding the kid I babysit and a lean cuisine pizza, then I had 7 cheese puffs, 2 granola bars, some water and one fruit snacks (i think those r really bad for you!) and then for dinner I had a little bit of some kind of pork chop w/ mushroom gravy, mashed poatatoes, green beans and half an apple fritter. Then I went to the movies and had half of a king size kit kat bar (same as the regular) and some of my moms sprite. Then I just came home and had an icecream bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I doing to myself? I didn't know I ate that much today! It kinda puts it into perspective when you write it down!!!! r raisens supposed 2 b good 4 u? i no they count as a serving of fruit, but they hav alot of carbs and sugar, but 0 fat. also will stretch marks fade away? i hav a tip if u hav stretch marks that r red. put on som foundation (makeup) that matches ur skin tone nd the redness should b less noticable. but can u make it go away?
