someone at work brought in dougnuts yesterday and i would normally eat one or two of them, but i didnt have any! it felt so good to resist eating them and to know that itll help me lose wieght not to eat it. today someone brought in bagels though and i had one of those, which is bad since i had captin crunch for breakfast already. so now i have an additional 450 calories already from the bagel and cream cheese. and hte cereal and milk, oh yeah and a munchkin are probably another 350. so that makes the total 800 calories. any suggestions on what i should do for lunch and dinner? i only have 300 calories left :(
