Hey guys, I was wondering,is it ok to have a bagel for lunch and maybe a yogurt along with it. I mean like a wheat or multigrain bagel, they are pretty big, but they are like 300 calories for one. Seems like everyone says bagels are not that good for you. But if it is wheat and I put nothing on it, is it ok? I didnt eat that today, but I am thinking about having it for lunch tomorrow.

i had two bagels today, oops!they are my favorite though. so i make exceptions for them

yea, i would suggest having half the bagel, but add something on it so you are still getting the 300 calories but in a more filling way. like add cream cheese or butter, it will fill you up. and have the yogurt too, only maybe half of it and have the other half for a snack later

1/2 a bagel or 1 mini bagel is fine-but if you have it with cream cheese make sure it is low fat or fat free
