TOO JEN.... my best friend sarah did somthing very similar to this workout.... expect jumproping nd dancing to 4 songs on your radio......(i as adding that so we could all lose a little more weight) she lost 45 pounds in 3 months** but you have to stay faithful for this to work.

Hey everyone,whats up? Not much here, well today I think I did okay..for breakfast I had two slices of bacon and scrambled eggs. Lunch I had a can of Chef Boyardi Ravioli, then a orange. For dinner I had 1 baked chicken leg and mac and cheese with water..lots of water all day..then and orange for a snack after dinner.. then I did about 30-35 crunches, 10 pushups and i started doing leg lifts my way and my knee started messing up on me so I stoped after that..how did I do? =)

Okay at my school what should i get at lunch because i cant really pack my lunch i can choose from chicken tenders and tator tots, pizza and tator tots, or chicken sandwiches and tator tots, and then we have another line that has different food each day but it always looks nasty. Should i just not eat lunch?

hii i was 143 on Jan. 1st this year and now i am 136...but sometimes when i weigh myself im like 138?? what happends...like in the same day too.... my nutritionist told me to weigh myself once a week in the morning b/c i will wiegh less. BUT..does anyone have like quotes or phrases that they think of when they are thinking about eating or if they are about to blow their diet over something stupid
AND my goal for tommorow is to not cheat @ ALL!!

hola all! so how was your valentines day...mine was full of cookie cake and large boxes of chocolate...hey its only once a year right? lol i know i porb shuldnt have eaten what i did im 5'3 and 145...im not like really over weight but i can stand to loose a few lbs but i cant! its like impossible for me i really need help or guidance or something soon otherwise im afraid ill be like my friend and overly obsess about my weight and i DONT want to do that so some one plz help me LEAVE A COMMENT WITH A DIET IDEA AND AN EXERCIZE PLAN PLEASE!!! thnx a bunch you guys are the greatest you dont relize how much this culd help me candi<3

Hi ya guys do you think it makes any differance in i run half a mile or walk it which one do you think is better?I'm very lucky where i live in Ireland i live in the country side so that means i have less people look at me when i run but i dont have a gmy near buy . I'm one of these people that say i'll start on monday but i'm going to turn that around and start right now .I'm goin to eat 1,200 cals a day and do crunches and run once a day.

o no guys i just had 3 slices of vocellis pizza. i had had 600 calories that day. and i thought each slice was 200 calories!!! it was just cheese with pinneaple only!! i looked on a website and it said that each slice was 260 calories!!! that makes me feel soooooo guilty. what should i do??

***********most effective plan write it down******I’ve figured out how to put of the wait in 3 months it will turn out very effective. I’ve learned all this info from all of your responses- thank you very much- ..Lets all try to put it off for the summer. If this plan works for you please e-mail me at sweetestsin0015@aol.com......... Thanks for all of yours guys support and replies. Don’t eat junk food at all- treat you’re self for one day with treats (but not a lot). Cut down on the bread. When you’re watching TV do about 75 jumping jacks during the commercials. Try to eat less but eat healthy (1200 calories at least!). Walk for 30 minutes a day. Dance to 4 songs you hear on your radio. Do 20 crunches in the morning and 20 crunches at night. Try Jump roping 4 times a week for 5 minutes. Go to the gym and exercise 3 times a week for an hour and a half.

i dont post on here much but read alot of the advise and its helped me soooo much so far ive lost 10 pounds maybe a little more and i have gone down a pants size. thanks for all of the advise even if it wasnt for me . :)

ok so, ive decided its time to start counting calories cuz i dont seem to be loosing any weight even with my exercises. SO tell me what you think. I had a bowl of cereal of breakfast with super whole milk. I know thats bad, but there literally isnt any other kind where i am. Then i had a few pickles for a snack, and for lunch i had pasta with a cream and veggie sauce. I ODed on the pasta, musta had like a cup or more or the stuff. And a glass of milk with lunch too. For dinner i will probably have bread with cheese, milk and tea. Whatcha guys think? Is that enough, too little, too much? Here in germany the main meal is lunch, so i have bread for every dinner and always something big for lunch. But i have taught myself not to take second helpings! OH and i found an ab workout in a mag- get Fergie's (from Black Eyed Peas) stomach. Supposed to show results in two weeks or so. LET IT BE KNOWN I START THAT TODAY. Ill post in two weeks to let you all know!

hey, my name is kaytee. this year my new years resolution was to lose weight. im only 5 feet 2 inches tall. on january 1 of this year i weighed 190.5 lbs. as of last saturday i'm down to 175. which is still a lot but hey. my goal was to be down to 175 by spring break, so im three weeks ahead! im doing weight watchers, so if any one out there is looking for a really good weight loss program, i strongly recomend it=)
