wow- i'm so happy! i gained a lb, but i lost 2% body fat!!! which means that's a whole lb of muscle! yay! and that's only in like 1/2 a week

aw, damn, i thought there was some sorta calculation you could do to figure that out. Ah well, ill just have to trust my reflection... thanks! and good job again!!

i've been doing a lot of stregth training every other day and some cardio. i've been eating healthy foods about 1200-1500 cal.s daily and just taking it easy, trying to be happy. i know it's muscle and not fat because i have an electronic scale that send these impulses you can't feel up your body to tell your body fat%. it's really handy. i got my scale at wallmart for about 30-40 dollars. kind of expensive, but worth it so you know if you're losing fat or muscle...
