Ht. 4'11, Wt. 147 - Hey guys. I just wanted to know if you had any tips on getting started losing weight? I want to lose some weight by the time my Sweet Sixteen rolls around, and that's in February. I don't have a set amount of weight I want to lose, I just want to lose SOMETHING! I feel really unhealthy, and I know I need to make changes, but I'm not sure where to start. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ht. 6'1'', Wt. 220 - Ive been trying to gain some momentum on my weight loss for several months now but cant seem to say no to the cravings. Ive had a terrible time when it comes to dieting. Over the past 3 years I have lost 50 pounds and then gained back 80 pounds. Thinking about the 80 lbs I gained back really frustrates me a lot. I said to myself I would never let myself get fat again, but sure enough I went back to my old ways after a death in the family. Does anyone have any tips on permanently breaking the emotional connection with food? Any advice appreciated.

Ht. 4'11", Wt. 113 - ok, lost 15 lbs. but am having the HARDEST TIME getting the last 10 off. any tips??? so far been eating 4-5 times a day mostly fruit, but have been slacking alot on diet,cause of pressure from my mom. help!!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - So 2i was at starbucks this morning (lol so typical california)and i saw my friends mom and she was like OMGGGGG YOUR SO SKINNNY YOU LOOK AWESOME!!! and then we talked a while and she kept telling me how pretty i was and yeah it was a major ego boost just thought i would share.. love you guys! good luck

Treadmills-- Some machines come equipped with a calorie counter. The accuracy of this counter is based on a 150 pound male. However, you may use it as a reference to prior and future workouts on the machine.
