Ht. 4'11, Wt. 147 - Hey guys. I just wanted to know if you had any tips on getting started losing weight? I want to lose some weight by the time my Sweet Sixteen rolls around, and that's in February. Ht. 6'1'', Wt. 220 - Ive been trying to gain some momentum on my weight loss for several months now but cant seem to say no to the cravings. Ive had a terrible time when it comes to dieting. Over the past 3 years I have lost 50 pounds and then gained back 80 pounds. Thinking about the 80 lbs I gained back really frustrates me a lot. I said to myself I would never let myself get fat again, but sure enough I went back to my old ways after a death in the family. Does anyone have any tips on permanently breaking the emotional connection with food? Any advice appreciated.
