Ht. 5'7, Wt. 148 - i think to loose weight u gotta deal with the issues i ur life. i know everyones always told this. but i noticed my habbits. for ex. i eat too much every day afterschool to avoid hw and cuz the day made me upset. i think im gunna stop coming to this board. stop dieting. stop everything. and work on my life and see what ahppens. cuz i really think i ve tried everything else and i cant control myself enough to eat right. so i need to control my emotions. wish me luck. and goodluck guys. goodbye.

Ht. 53, Wt. *** - Hi yall i just joined the web site and i am here because i needed support from other people because i am having trouble losing weight. my mom tells me almost everyday that i need to lose weight the only thing that im bothered with in my life is my weight. my whole family is somewhat big so im not the only one. I am really seriouly thinking about sugery because i dont know what else to do. Im a pretty active girl so thats no my problem. but im scared just thinking of surgery. But im afraid thats they only thing i can do at this point in my life.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - sooo im going to Ireland this summer and im wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy stoked.. i would like to lose like 30 pounds before then cause my pictures from scotland and england i looked like a effing whale and i had neon pink hair to top it off.. ohh man it was bad so starting right now at 9 34 pm im being really strict and getting this weigh off me. i feel like a lardass and will be on no more.. <3333333 good luck you guys

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - YaaYY I feel soooooOooOoOoOooOoo proud of myself!! Me and my mom went for our nightly walk to start and I had a coffee and I only put one little teaspoon of sugar and it tastes much better then when I put sooo much in it. I hope everybody is doin good wit the weight loss!! I can do it and so can everybody else !! GoOd LuCk!
