each day i plan out a meal and i go by that meal. if i am still hungry which most times i am not i eat a piece of fruit or have more veggies and drink lots of water. i get anywhere form 30 minutes to and 1 hour and a half in the morning and for the evening anywhere from half an hour to an hour and a half in the evening. so the min. is one hour of exercise. i usually never exceed two and a half hours of exercising. when i do exercise in the evening i make sure it's after my last meal. after that no food at all. i just drink lots of water and if i do happen to be a tad hungry i grab a piece of fruit. when i stepped on the scale i've noticed that i have lost weight.

THIS IS TO ALLISA I BELIEVE AGE 13. No i did not eat a lot the day before and just wasn't hungry the next day. That day i just ate foods that were really low in cals and not a lot of stuff.

It's a free sight where you can plan work outs according to you, you can also get the exercises they give you on your customized plan. I hope you all will at least try it. I'm 112 pounds... I know this may seem skinny to a whole lot of you but I have a huge stomach and monster thyes (sorry its 11:51 pm and I can't spell when I'm tired :) ) Anyone have any idea's on losing about 7 pounds? I know some of you replied with 400 cals isn't enough. it's unhealthy and yadda yadda yadda... but the fact was i was full off of that 400 calories so why should i force feed myself? i think that is one of the reasons i'm overweight now because i use to force feed myself. so if i'm full off of 400 cals a day...so be it.

I hate that people look at me with utter disgust. they only see me for my weight and i am a really nice girl all the guys say im not their type because im fat. i really hate it

Sup Y'all,
anywayz, im struggling w/ my weight. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. But i can't help but eat---alot. I don't eat junk food, no soda or juice just water, no heavy meats, no candy, no pizza.etc.. I eat ALOT of that special K cereal and alot of bread and skinless chicken and had two small bags of animal crackers which was 400 kals alone, thats what i ate today, and i feel sooo guilty, like i just sabatoged my whole weight lose plan. Im worried about the way im going, no body talks to me about this kinda of stuff, you know...body image, dieting, etc, and im afraid that ill eventually end up w/ an eating disorder, im find myself longing to be superthin and sometimes be a size 1. I eat so much everyday, like what i typed above, and i feel sooo guilty, although i know guilt doesn't do any good, this guilt cause me to want to do something drastic, like take laxatives, throw up, or starve myself the next day. I just need someone to talk about this right now, it would really help.

Hey you guys! Im so angry at all of you that keep saying that you feel good because you only ate 400 cals one day! That is so unhealthy! You should eat AT LEAST 1000 cals a day! If you eat less, listen, you end up GAINING weight. not losing it! Do you hear me? I'm trying to get this message out! okay? so eat more than that and exercise more too. Go outside and have fun. then the weight will come off. :)

ok i just like read a little bit of this page and i realize some people are really confused on how many colories a day they should eat. well first of all the people who say 900 colories or under are saying somthing really stupid and are creating a risk of being anerixic. you should eat ATLEAST 1000 colories a day. other wise it will slow down your matabolism and other stuff and that is not good for your body, in fact it could kill you if you continued. even if you want to do it just till you are at the weight area you want to be, chances are you will still keep doing it. you will always want to be thinner and the easiest way not to go into that is to never start eating less then 1000 colories aday. if you don't beleive me then serch on the web. if you go to www.google.com and you just search some stuff i am sure you will find the right info, instead of the dead wrong. any question just reply.

I am so proud of myself today. It's almost 6 in the evening and i only consumed 400 calories!!! I'll exercise soon and I know i don't eat anything at all after i exercise. i already got in one hour of walking.
