i haven't posted for a while im 5ft 8in and 140 lbs i know im not overweight but i will be in just 8 lbs, i want to lose 10-15 lbs what would be thequickest way possible???

YAY i lost a pound and i think I am goin to keep at it so i can loose more for next week and not binge on food as mch as i did this past week and excercise more and eat healthy and only when i am hungry and drink water at all other time and I can do this 19 pounds till my end of summer goal at 160 and I can really feel I can do this and I feel really confident and proud of myself and happy that I i have lost a pound which is better then nothin right. Any suggestion on how to loose it just leave a comment otherwise just to congratuate me or w/e i dont really care i tohught i would post looseing one pund cuz it helps keep me motivated.

I've gone low carb and this is my first day! And I'm actually feeling really motivated and excited. My usual downfall is at night I snack all the time but I'm gonna try and take my mind of eating by reading or something. I'm hoping to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of the summer which I think is a very reasonable goal. Ok well I'll post again tomorrow!

Ok this week i am goin to stay with no pop but do better with it and say no diet pop and not even a lil sip of my moms or someones. Then I am goin to say no candy at all no cake no candy bars no choclate none of that. Plus of course excercise and eating less o whut i do eat.

i've finished my first week of the low carb plan. i'm down a total of 8 pounds! i weighed in today at 142. not i only have 12-17 more pounds to go to my goal which doesn't seem like much seeing how i've lost 31 pounds to get this far! omg- it was so great yesterday! i had a two peice that i'd only wear around my boyfriend and we decided we wanted to sunbathe so i went to go change into the two peice- guess what? IT WAS TOO BIG! omg! it was the funniest thing- i had forgotten that i had been losing weight ever since the end of last summer and the top was too big because i lost a lot of weight around my ribs so i can't even wear it!!!lol! this makes me happy because sometimes i feel like there's no difference- but now i know there is! so now i have a really pretty new two peice that hopefully i'll wear with confidece around more people by the middle of summer or so...

when i was on the atkins....i didnt follow it cuz we took basketball trips and we ate at dairy queen....n e way... starting tomorrow all im gonna do is exercise and eat 3 meals with no snacks and run and play basketball and stuff....i hope to lose at least 50 lbs by augest 30th...wish me luck....(dont worry i kno it sounds un-healthy...but its really not bcuz im training for track in the spring...if i could loose 80 lbs by then i would cry.....)(i will be 13 the 15th....can i eat a small piece of cake...i weigh 200 and i am 5'9 1/2")can u give me exercise tips and foods i can eat that reduce weightloss, and also food that fills u up...thanx in advance..jennifer-sorry this is sooo long...

i lose my cravings for junk food if i drink a can of diet pop. Is this ok to drink or will it stop my weight loss if i still drink enough water?

Thanks for the replys befor, its nice to know people are able to give me some advice, but im really upset today as ive put on over 5lbs, the doctor was shocked that ive goten to fat, but im not really fat, im obese and i think he said extreamly so too, if anyone has any ideas, my email is wolfmun2004@yahoo.com i have yahoo mesanger too so if you want to add me to that to, its ok :)

heya guys i was hoping this could help u and maybe you could help me i was writing an email to someone when i realized that what i was writing mite help you guys toio hope it does love abi
it sounds stupid but as i am still at school i cant go to the extremes that i would like to over losing weight i tried to go and se the school nurse a couple of weeks ago but some bullies came up to me and started to pick on me about my weight and asked why exactly i was going to the nurse that knocked my confidence and i wasnt able to see the nurse i was dissapointed
sounds like a total lie but i am always on a diet whether i am having a good or bad day i am concious about the calories i am consuming and even when i am binging i am thinking about what i am gonna find to fit into for the two weddings i am going to in september its like food is controlling me its not like i havent addmitted... im back from vacation and ready to start my diet...i weigh about 150 and im 5' 6"...i hop to weigh around 120-125 by the end of august..im gonna try this plan...B-cheerie o's, skim milk, banana, L-yougurt, strawberries and 1 piece of whole wheat toast, D-small portion of what my mom makes...i will be drinking 8 glasses of water and a 1 and 1/2 hours of exersize a day can i reach my goal????

Hey I just weighed myself...and for SOME reason, I gained 5lbs this week! And this week was my exercise week! I don't get it! I'm sooo depressed right now...I feel like I'm farther and farther away from my goal even though I'm trying harder and harder. ~~MissyK~~

our school is going on a swim trip on 6/15. im on the atkins diet nd hav lost 12 pounds(it took me long enuf) so far(weigh 148 now). i eat the Advantage bars that they hav nd it tastes so NASTY but it fills me up.i dont hav time 2 cook or n e thing. i hav all these stretch marks on my legs.i would lyk 2 loose about5 more pounds on the day we go. n e advice?
