I feel so happy right now and I don't know why!!!! Well maybe b/c only 17 pounds until I am not over weight any more! At that, I will weigh more than I should, but it is still healthy and there is no medical reason at that weight to lose any more weight!!!!!!! I hope I can do that b4 Aug. 30!!! DO YOU THINK I CAN? hope so ttyl!!!

i weight 150 and im 5'4 and i have gained about 40 pounds since last summer so none of my clothes fit.. im a runner.. so i want to loseabout 40 pounds in about 3 months so im goin anorexic..

today i had a half a bagel for breakfast fruit for lunch and a hotdog for dinner, but right after diner i had 4 bottles of water, i also walked 2 miles. is this an ok (not reguler but once in a while) diet?

OMG I made a record for most successful dieting DAY!!!Exercise: Walk Away the Pounds tape (2 miles), 30 minutes of brisk walking/jogging, 600 jumping jacksBreakfast: egg and sausage Lunch: fruit cup, smoked oysters Snack: string cheese, 3 tablespoons of pistachios Dinner: lean chicken, veggies. I DEFINITELY think I can lose AT LEAST 10lbs by August! How did you guys do today?

I need alot of advice, i need to find a good diet and excercise plan soo i can loose around 5 pounds a week or more. I weight 130 and my goal is to get down to 120. I excercise at least an hour a day by running and doing taeboe and pilates to. I havent lost any weight at all and ive been doing this for about 2months now. Do you have any advice?Thanks =)

Well I have been doin ok on my diet so far, I just started Weight Wathcers with Tae-Bo Pilates, and walking,running, and joggin on my tredmill, and I do spinning on my stationary bike. I hope to loose 2 lbs a week because i need to be 130 pounds.

Hey i need severe motivation! I am 5' 3" , and up until last summer i did wonderfully, i had a 6 pack and i weighed 105 lbs! I felt WONDERFUL and i loved hanging out with everyone! at the beginning of last summer i went to the lakes with my friend a LOT and started eatting ice cream ALL the tiem and things like taht! I've gained up to 135 -140 pounds in 3 months! Please help- I hope this is possible. Thanks!:)

Hey everyone i was reading a lot of those questions and so i thought maybe i should try this. Hey I Like This BOy A Lot. He Is Really Hott. He Weighs Like 100 lbs. I Weight Like 200. i Wanna Lose Weight And Be Even With Him By Next School Year.(Aug 14) I KNo Thats Bad, So Can I Lose At Least 20 lbs??? hey everyone i am thirteen and i really wanna loose about 25 pounds. i have no idea of where to start or what to do i am 5' 4'' and i weigh 157 pounds. i really wanna lose weight and i probably should loose more than 30 pounds i am really muscly but you cant tell i have a huge layer of fat around me that holds me back. all of you have a lot of great success stories but i dont have one. i would love to get one though. i cant seem to lose any weight i play select basketball and we do a lot of conditioning but i dont lose a lot of weight from that i try to keep a good nutrition plan but i never stick 2 it. CAN YOU HELP ME?????????????????????????????????????i just need some excersizes and nutriotion tips. THANKS!
