Ht. 5'2", Start: 208 lb, Today: 206 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I am so embarassed because of my body. strangers even ask me if im expecting a baby. everyday i hope it will go away, but i look bigger everyday. my mom said i am too fat in my clothes, but they are all too tight on me. does anyone else hate their stomach too?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 174.6 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hey, I've been coming to this site since I turned 13. Wayy to long to not have done anything. I've lost 15lbs around 5 seperate time, but i always gain the weight back. I know what to do to eat heathly I just can't seem to stick to it. Recently, a friend of mine who was my size lost all of her weight and is now at my goal weight. I envy her for being able to do it. I started Medifast last week and i have lost some weight. At first everything was absolutely disgusting. I adjusted my taste to it. Now I enjoy it. I have signed up for the next 26 weeks and plan to reach my goal weight by January. I really want to loose weight before the end of highschool. So my peers can notice and I can reinvent myself for college. I'm excited and sticking to it. I do best when face with accountability. So each Monday i will be updating my weightloss PROGRESS! and would love to be of benefit to anyone who may need it. Thanks so much for Reading!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI: 30), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! My name is Emily, I'm 20 years old, and I've just begun my journey to lose weight. I've been coming to this site since I was maybe 14, and until now it's always been a 'lets feel sorry for myself and not do anything to better myself' attitude. I've recently become fed-up with everything though, and joined weight watchers! I'm really excited to see if it will really work. I'm on my third day, and I'll be honest, it's not so bad. The hardest part is making better food choices, but in all actuality, I'm not starving and I'm still eating some things that I used to! My first goal is to drop 5% of my weight, which would be 166. I'll try to keep up with my journey, and if anyone has any questions or comments, I'd love to talk!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 180.1 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 170 lb - I am now 180.1. this is horrible! i brought my weight down to 171-172 and now i gained almost 12-13 pounds back! it's also pretty noticable! idk what is wrong with me. I work out, but its my food intake which is HORRIBLE. i have now completely lost motivation.. i really needa get a grip on myself =/

Ht. 5'1", Start: 133.4 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - I have been having some problems with my wieght. Like towards the begging of spring and throughout summer i lose the weight and end up at my goal but I am always out working with my horses and doing stuff for 4h but when that ends i am at home and sometimes i exercise like 20 or 30 minutes a day but i dont lose the weight. I know i have to start excersing and watch what i eat more. I just need more motivation as it becomes fall and winter im inside more. I know i need to be using my excersie equipment that i have inside until its spring again but i always dont feel like i want to go do that. Any way to keep the motivation? or for other helpful webcites? please comment thanks a bunch.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 130 lb, Today: 128.8 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 95.5 lb - Well my story starts off when I moved from home to grandma and when I left I weighed 90 pounds!! But you know how it is when you go to grandmas ! she cooked 3 large meals and about 5 snacks a day (candy,popcorn,etc)!! Well when got to our new house and I got started back in school (we went to grandmas in the summer) my dad bought a scale I weighed myself and I weighed 130 pounds ! I could not believe and when I tried on my clothes and found out the couldn't fit , that was the last straw. Ive been determined to lose weight and so far I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks!! I plan to reachy goal of 95 by January first and I know I can do it

I was at Walmart this afternoon,, I was nervss, my brain was saying get the candy,, I was like no,, I dont need it.. Remeber Dr. Phill says, it is not neaccrey for life,, I use Dr. Phill's tip!! it works very very well!! for me! when my friend is eating chips,, I eat my raw veggies instead!! when my friend was drinking soda I drank water instead,, or low calore ice teaed!! when I was with my male friend James a mounth a go!! I only took the healthy stuff, I had the hambuger plain, with lectuce tomote, and onions,, !! I looked at the sodas this is very tempting for me,, I was very scared..
