Ht. 5'4", Start: 174.6 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hey, I've been coming to this site since I turned 13. Wayy to long to not have done anything. I've lost 15lbs around 5 seperate time, but i always gain the weight back. I know what to do to eat heathly I just can't seem to stick to it. Recently, a friend of mine who was my size lost all of her weight and is now at my goal weight. I envy her for being able to do it. I started Medifast last week and i have lost some weight. At first everything was absolutely disgusting. I adjusted my taste to it. Now I enjoy it. I have signed up for the next 26 weeks and plan to reach my goal weight by January. I really want to loose weight before the end of highschool. So my peers can notice and I can reinvent myself for college. I'm excited and sticking to it. I do best when face with accountability. So each Monday i will be updating my weightloss PROGRESS! and would love to be of benefit to anyone who may need it. Thanks so much for Reading!

You can do it Megan!! ask yourself I am hungrey because fuel in my sotmach is empty? I am hungrey because I am bord? I am hungrey food staring at my face? I am thristy? or is my brain lying to me? dont give up,, small portions, drink lots of water, Jump rope, walking, running, dancing, jog, I believe you do it! you can do it! walk the dog, or your frined's dog or the neigobrs's dog.
