Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - So, I've finally reached a breaking point. I'm tired of being fat, overweight, chubby, big boned, whatever you wanna call it. I really wanna be 130 by May 1st. Since it's about three months from now I really think I could do it. I WILL BE 130!! I'll be 18 in may as well, just in case anyone was wondering. I'm actually 17 and 9 months, but the teens board seemed to make me feel out of place. :)

I've basically been overweight since I popped out of the womb... and I would love to not be 'the fat girl' for once in my high school career, espeically for prom.. maybe i'll finally get a date! One can dream! But do you guys have any tips or any ways to help me? Excersises? Diets? ANYTHING??

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI: 48), Goal: 165 lb - ughhh i'm getting so frustrated at myself, i came back to school on sunday and i already messed up. its so hard to be in a place where theres candy, fried foods, and the options are limited. I really need a plan because i am not giving up no matter what happens.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 132 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 122 lb - So I've been tryingto get in shape for months, even years but it gets hard. I try to excersise and watch what i eat but i get lazy and i get carried away when i start eating. So i basically need help with excersising routines and help with what i eat. Plus in school for term 4 i have swimming so i really wanna get in shape for that. Also, everytime i have a doctor's appointment he says i've gained weight and that dissappoints me. Next time i want him to tell me that i've lose weight :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys, I haven't been on here in years. I've been struggling with my weight my whole life, and now I'm finally putting in the effort! And it's actually working! So far today I've eaten a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, a slice of cheese pizza (always have to live a little!), an ounce of edamame, and a sliced red bell pepper. I feel good about it, but I'm sick, and can't work out. Plus my family got a ton of junky mexican food to eat later. :c What should I do?! Thanks, guys

Ht. 5'2", Start: 172 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 132 lb - Hey guys, it's been about two weeks since I've been on here and let me tell you it's been the worst two weeks ever! It was like as soon as school started all my thoughts of getting healthy went out the door. One thing that deterred me the most was the idea that this is going to be a really journey. I mean i didn't expect to lose 40 lbs in a week but I didn't realize how hard it would be and how long it would take*sigh* I need motivation. What are somethings that keep you guys going throughout your weight loss journeys?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 105 lb - Patty isn't my real name but everything else is true I didn't put my real name because this is kinda emmbearsing to say but it seems like every time I try to start a diet I start off like really good in the beginning then at night it's recked and I eat like everything I see. Then the next day I say "yeah today I am starting" then I never do :( I even tried telling my self to eat four pices of fruit a day and water and nothing else but it nevers works and I get so MAD AT MYSELF. Because everyone around me are super skinny and are like in a modeling agency and stuff

Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 142.5 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 120 lb - Ugh! I've been doing awful! I don't even want to go on the scale, because I’m afraid of what I’ll see. I keep making up excuses as to why I should eat that ice-cream or have that extra helping. And yeah, it doesn't help that my mom is always buying stuff like ice-cream and frozen pizza. It's hard to fight temptation when your surrounded by it! And both my brother and my mother are over-weight, so I don't know why she keeps buying all this stuff! She bought these donuts two days ago, and my brother finished the whole box! I know she's trying to get us what she thinks kids want and should have at this age, but it's not helping us!!
I have to lose this weight you guys. I'm serious; I can't be like this anymore. I don't want to be like this, and I’m really frustrated because I just can't seem to do it. I wear size 7-9 pants! I look awful in pictures! I’m so flabby! I can’t stand it!
I’m so upset with myself. How did I let myself get like this?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 353 lb, Today: 353 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ever tried carrying around two hundred pounds? That's my life. I live everyday wish I could live a active, healthier life. My weight keeps me from doing ALOT of things! I can't go somewhere new without thinking am I going to be able to fit? Will the chairs break? I can no longer go to the movies because I can not bear to squish my fat into the little seat. I'm so sick of the weird looks. I'm tierd of my fat getting in the way of relationships. Ive always been BIG I had my first outbreak of stretch marks in the third grade.... I need support I can't do this on my own. I just want to be a inspiration to people, & live my life to the fullest && never regret a single moment!!

Theyre not my age. Can somebody help me? Sort of, be my weight losing buddy? Ht. 5'3", Start: 203 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi everyone. I'm knew to this but I read some bulletins and I just wanted to share. So yesterday my whole family and I started our new diet. Well, it's not really a diet, we're just trying to be more healthy. So far I've done pretty well. We all drink 3 bottles of water a day. We also have structured dinners together, which usually consist of some kind of meat, a vegetable, and some other random (healthy) thing. Also, I jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes. It's so hard though!! There's so many temptations at school and when all of my friends are eating cookies and other sweets right in front of me, I could just cry. Does anyone have advice on how to resist the temptation?
