Ht. 5'2", Start: 132 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 122 lb - So I've been tryingto get in shape for months, even years but it gets hard. I try to excersise and watch what i eat but i get lazy and i get carried away when i start eating. So i basically need help with excersising routines and help with what i eat. Plus in school for term 4 i have swimming so i really wanna get in shape for that. Also, everytime i have a doctor's appointment he says i've gained weight and that dissappoints me. Next time i want him to tell me that i've lose weight :)

gee thanks guys (jessica and sarah) this really helps great tips :) I eat salads and subs for lunch now and arizona lemon iced tea...i love to snack on plain Cheerios (if thats healthy :/) I'm thinking about doing track in spring.

Try to do half cardio (walking, jogging, running, swimming, jump rope, cycling, etc.) and half strength training, using body weight and plyometrics if you don't have access to a gym. This way you'll decrease body fat AND increase muscle- which is the perfect combination c:

Rosy don't be dicourged rememeber small portions,drink lots of water chew sugarless gum, tic tacks,draw write call friends or your family on the phone, eat a lot of vegtables,furit,lean meat 85% bring a healthy lunch for a change! walking,running,jump rope,dance in the rooms with music playing, I ask myself is it worth the price eating something 900 calories? it turns it to be a no.
