At the begininning of this year I weighed a little under 300 lbs, now I'm closer to 400 lbs. I don't know what to do, every time I try to diet i just end up gaining more and more! Pls leave your Kik down below if you want to talk!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 265 lb, Today: 265 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 165 lb - I've always had weight issues but it didn't become a problem for me until I was 9 and my teacher called me a fatass and then when my weight was always the subject of discussion. People always told me I'd be so much prettier if I was 50 plus lbs lighter. I tried really unhealthy was to lose weight, gained it right back after I'd get sad or made fun of. It feels impossible to lose the weight and to keep it off.. please help.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 214 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I'm a plus size person and for as long as I remember I have always been obese. My weight makes me so self conscious and so insecure that I hate myself. I'm constantly adjust my clothes to try to attempt to hide my body but I know people still know that I'm fat. I don't like shopping with my friends because I usually can't buy clothes at the same places as them because they don't have my sizes and I usually just end up buying jewelery. I feel embarrassed and ashamed of my body. I'm a natural blonde with blue eyes and there's the stereotype that blondes are supposed to be super pretty and thin; but I always feel like there's something wrong with me and I'm not good enough for anything because I'm not like that society's idea of how blondes should be. I always try losing weight but it never seems to work out. I wish I had more self confidence and felt good about my self; I feel like losing weight would help with that.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 183 lb - I really need to lose weight as I am really just not healthy. I have done a BMI and I am classed as obsese which I really what every 16 year old wants to hear! I always say I'll start a new healthy lifestyle but always end up giving in! I just know though this time if I don't lose weight I will just carry on gaining weight and it will be even harder to lose weight. I have gained so much weight this year and over the last few years and that has to stop as I am fed up of being the fat friend!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 15 st 0, Today: 15 st 0 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 9 st 7 - Hello, I am an obese British girl and I have struggled with my weight my entire life. My family always eat junk food and there are personal issues that have caused much depression mainly around me and my mother, and so we binge eat a lot. I've lost weight in the past, but I've gained it all back due to the lack of support and things going wrong that have driven me to binge. A friend and a fellow dieter to support me would surely do me the world of good, and maybe even a strong friendship would come out of this in the long run. My Skype is BlossomsBloom. I don't mind where you're from, because the struggle is all the same. :)  (Note: 15 st 0 is 210 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So I'm 153lb but my weight keeps going up and down. At the start of this week I was 2lb more and then I went down but before that it's really strange and always changes even though I do a lot of excercise and try to eat well. I know that my weight may not be a big deal to some people but the NHS says its overweight for me and I don't like being the girl that has the skinny friends and know that I eat better than them and have it not pay off. My sister went through this phase when she was my age but she quickly lost all of it and I don't understand why it's not happening to me when I'm trying my best.

Ht. 5'11", Start: 199 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - Started my weight loss today. After so many years of being "that fat boy" I've decided to change that. I was very overweight when I was between the ages of 8 and 11 but slimmed down as time went on. I was still very chubby but nowhere near as overweight as I was then. I started to gain some weight back and because of some personal issues, I decided to join here.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 9 st 5, Today: 8 st 10 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 6 st 10 - Hi, when I was in 9, I weighed 9 stone 5, I was extremely overweight. I was also only 145cm. Since then, I've lost a bit of weight but I'm still very fat. I'm 6th fattest person in my whole year at school. I'm 5 foot, so still short and I've started doing 1500m running but I almost faint and I eat really unhealthily, I haven't gone 1 day without eating, pizza, chocolate or ice cream, often all of those things. I'm the slowest runner, always have been, and my PE teacher says I'm extremely unfit but she has encouraged me a lot recently since I started running. I have a really slow time, most people on their first time did it in 7 minutes and it took me almost 10. I now can run it in 8 minutes 32, which is still bad but better. I have anxiety and I'm very self conscious. I have quite big thighs and a huge stomach and back, with 2 or 3 rolls when I sit down. I just really want to loose weight but I can't do it because of my eating habits.  (Note: 8 st 10 is 122 lb.)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 208 lb, Today: 207 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - Hi, thanks for helping, I'm Luke. I was quite a fit kid, I weighed about 135lbs at 5 foot 6 going into high school - I played water polo for my school and district, and went to the gym a couple of times a month. But in high school exams and stuff have come along - I quit water polo, stopped going to the gym and have started to eat more at Mcdonalds KFC with my mates etc. As a result I've put on around 50 lbs in the last 2-3 years. I'm now 16, 6 foot but weigh 207 lbs, and have a size 36/38 waist. My doctor says I'm 'obese'. All the weight, as you can tell, went to to my gut. As a result, I no longer swim/ go to gym any longer as everyone can now see my belly. To be fair, I also don't play because I find myself short of breath a lot, I even sometimes have to stop at the top of stairs, wheezing. All my mates, a lot of them now overweight themselves, make fun of me, poking and jiggling my ... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 140 lb - I feel like I should post in here cause more people come in here haha but anyways I'm not to happy I gained a couple pounds ugh! Always tomorrow to start over I guess. I am nervous because my crush and I are going out with a group in a couple weeks and I get embarrassed really easily and I'm uptight mainly because of my weight and I think people are looking/judging me when I know they aren't it's just a really hard thing for me.In school I was bullied and I felt like you had to be skinny to be pretty and no one would ever like me because of my weight and now I see it's not like that but I can't help having those thoughts.
