Ht. 5'6", Start: 208 lb, Today: 170.5 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 128 lb - 42 pounds to go. I have lost 37.5 pounds so far... in about 4 months...I did this by exercising for an hour 4 days a week after schoool, but not friday. I eat special k for breakfast, yogurt, a fruit and a vegetable for lunch, and a lean pocket for dinner. good luck to everyone else..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I got down to 148 lbs a while ago, but then my mom started bringing home pop and halloween candy from work and I completely fell off the healthy eating wagon. That & the cold snowy weather makes it hard to get motivated to go for walks. I'm back up to 155, yikes! And it's not only the weight, my skin is a lot oilier & I'm breaking out too. I'm done eating for today, and tomorrow I'm going to start eating healthier again. I already have my meals planned out.

I've read many entry's in here where people are so ashamed of themselves and they shouldn't be. I've been overweight my entire life and i'm completely okay with myself. I'm confident in who i am and have no shame in my body. I get that when it comes to shopping, you can't always get the cute clothes and end up having to settle for something that fits, even if you don't like it. i've been there, i'm still there in fact. but you must remember that you are you for a reason. So i don't anyone downing themselves because they're overweight. You can do anything smaller people can do. Despite my size, I'm on my high school's dance team and i'm an amazing dancer. I started dieting in like sept ... and i lost fourteen pounds but i've gained it back... I'm excited to be in the 230's its been a while but i cant seem to get myself out of them.. the only reason i lost wait the first time was because i was stressed out and couldn't eat, or i would puke it back up :/ i wish that would happen to me again... i use to be Ok with myself for who i am in-till last friday night, when i was at a party and this drunken redneck made me hate my self. all he did was call me a fat A%% Bi%&# and right there my life changed. i've been put through so much no one really understands. I hate not having anyone to talk to and no one understanding what im going. i really want a friend to lose weight with but all my friends are skinny and happy with themselves.. im the only one that sticks out, and i hate it.. i know this happens to everyone but i've put up with it for sixteen years and i want it to go away....

Ht. 5'5", Start: 209 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 136 lb - HI, I really really need some help. I want to lose at least 70lbs during this school year and thats very hard since its during school to me at least. You know how people tell you you are really overweight but you feel fine to yourself well thats me i already started and i lost a couple of pounds as you can see but its really hard. Then i have my mom who is just bothering my life even though i try my hardest. I was wodering if a 154o calorie diet and 30 min exercise for 5 days a week is good enough. Please help i need all the info and idean and just anything that can help me lose the weight in 8 months. Thanks :)

Ht. 5'10.5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 170 lb - okayy i haven't gone on in forever. anyways, i got my height checked just now and looks like i checkd wrong the other day hahha. but i lost weight! i'm now 174, i feel myself looking and feeling better. but i needa find other ways to get my workout bc it's pouring outside! neways im really motivated bc bball tryouts r just around the corner and i feel fast n its rlyy inspiring. anyways im gonna aim for 170 in the next couple wks n i'm not gonna giv up. good luck to u guys! :)

Ht. 173 cm, Start: 72 kg, Today: 72 kg (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 60 kg - hi guys ... its my first time on here and i need to lose weight. i have a goal and my first small goal is 70kg because i KNOW i can reach it :) in about a month im going on a holiday for the weekend and im also getting braces that week so hopefully i will lose more due to braces :D and yeah i want to lose 5-6 kilos for that weekend and then 5-6 after that for summer (i live in australia btw) i need some inspiration please reply if you have any words of wisdom or success stories. .hows weight watchers and those other ways of losing weight .. do they work ? Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 129 lb - ok well today was an ok day i think, or at least i didnt eat as much... i got out of school and of course was hungry so i drove across the street of school with some of my thinner friends and went to a diner were they sell the best burgers but i guess since i was embarrased of my huge portions that i only ate one when i normally eat 2. im not sure if thats good that i ate one only or bad that i dont let my friends know how much i eat... any thoughts??

Ht. 5'2", Start: 367 lb, Today: 367 lb - dear all. my name is ruby and ive been fighting obesity all my life im 5'2'' (160 cms) and i weigh 367 pounds. I have no friends at school, because I have no confidence because of my enourmous weight, and sometimes when I get back from school I can eat a whole loaf white bread with butter out of comfort. My parents work full time and are often away, so I hardly ever see them, which makes me more depressed. I spend most of my time with my nanny, who is also obese, and most evenings we eat from takeout, as my parents are quite rich, so they give me a lot of money. most days go like this :
wake up at 7, have a fry-up breakfast ( bacon, sausage, fried egg...)
get ready for school. (My school jumper is an XXXL) we will stop at mcdonalds and I will get a muffin and a milkshake. When its break time, I will usually go to the tuck shop in our school and eat... (view more)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 129 lb - My struggle with my weight has been with me for the longest time. I began high school weighing 175lbs. I am currently starting my junior and have reached a whopping 250 pounds! I gained the weight because I eat a lot of food during lunch. Also since my mom has begun working, she has left me money to buy some food when I get home and I usually buy 2 burgers with large fries and a soda or I would buy a pizza and finish all of it with breadsticks. With the money left over I would also drive to the nearest store and buy lodes of chips, cakes or other unhealthy snacks and eat them while doing my homework or watching TV. I don’t know what to do anymore, my doctor told me that I am in the obese class type 2 which made me cry my eyes out. I need help otherwise I will gain even more weight. I already have a hard time walking and spend most of my time lying in bed watching TV because of it so I don’t think this will be easy but I have to try. Please post some comments and help me get on the right path.
