Ht. 5'5", Start: 209 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 136 lb - HI, I really really need some help. I want to lose at least 70lbs during this school year and thats very hard since its during school to me at least. You know how people tell you you are really overweight but you feel fine to yourself well thats me i already started and i lost a couple of pounds as you can see but its really hard. Then i have my mom who is just bothering my life even though i try my hardest. I was wodering if a 154o calorie diet and 30 min exercise for 5 days a week is good enough. Please help i need all the info and idean and just anything that can help me lose the weight in 8 months. Thanks :)

154 calories isn't very much at all (Was it a typo perhaps?) I would try 1600-1800 calories a day, and along with exercising 5 days a week you should be great!
