Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - hello every1.. no one ever replies to my posts so im thinking about not coming here anymore.. i dont know why maybe i bore you guys.. anywho breakfast was milk.. lunch was a turkey sandwich and dinner was a brocolli/onion/cheese/colbasa omlette on half a bagel.. oh and i had a hot cocoa when i got home FRIGGIN FREAZIN IN CANADA!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 225 - im takeing small SMALL steps. im starting with no soda. in the last 48 hours i havent had any soda. th last time i had soda it wasdiet and only a little tiny sip. no soda is a big deal for me cause i usually drink a ton of it!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - for the past few days ive been burning off all of my calories and a couple hundred more, ive been walking for atleast 40-60 minutes every day and doing yoga for 30 minutes how can i burn more calories?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - I'd sure like some feedback on how I did today! Breakfast: cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 3 slices lean turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread w/ mustard & grapes & a rice krispies treat; Snack: pretzels & an orange & 2 pickles; Dinner: lean cuisine fettuchini alfredo w/ parmesean cheese & peas & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: 40 minute theFIRM cardio dvd. What do you think? What's good, what's bad? I looooooveeeee getting replys...Pleeeasssssseee respond? Pretty PEAS? Eat your peas.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - OK Well I did great today until I got home. But no excuses. I just had a moment where I gave up and kept bingeing.BREAKFAST: Water,PB crackers, Granola bar LUNCH: Nestea, PB sandwich, small slice of pizza, peach SNACK: 5 pizza bites, a few bites of pasta, a few handfuls of toffee peanuts, crystal light DINNER: few bites of steak, some antipasto, crystal light, some hamburger helper SNACK: hot cocoa, slim jim, kettle popped corn. As you see I totally pigged out today and I feel like a FAT pig and OMG everyones always like no your not that big and I get mad because I know theyre lying to me and I just get aggrevated because once I start losing weight I just get of track because I lost some weight and I feel like holy glory and sorry for venting like this. -A

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - are the insides of a burrito good to eat? i mean like i ate some grilled fajita chicken, black beans, rice, and lettuce for lunch...was taht ok?
and for dinner i had vegetable soup and a piece of cornbread
now i'm gonna do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of yoga
oh and for breakfast i had a special k bar and a cup of milk and for snack i had a banana

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 155 - I would like to retract my last message. I was having a really bad day and needed to vent. I overexaggerated with somethings. I am, however, about 150-170 lbs, I do have a big gut that hangs over my pants, and i am not happy with my body. I need help before this becomes a serious problem. Have any advice for me? Difficult to control what food i eat since my parents buy the food and are in denial about my weight.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 246 - Ive been on here and people have mentioned tea and it may be a stupid question but do you put sugar in your tea or do you just drink it plain =P sry guys, just trying to make a better lifestyle change!?! Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Okay so today i went running. For breakfast I had a green apple and some instant oatmeal made with water. I've also had a peice of lean turkey (35 cal) since we ran out of bread lol. I'm about to eat dinner. and ive had alot of water :D
