Ht. 5'3", Wt. 155 - Need advice on how to eat better. Having trouble staying away from unhealthy food. Can't resist the call of delicious pizza, fries, and anything chocolate. HELP!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 169 - So i started gym yesterday and working out. At home i did 30 squats 30 crunches and 30 push ups. In gym I did 10 jumping jacks stretchings 10 crunches 10 push ups ran a little bit. And played basketball for about 1/2 hour is that good?

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - tip to beat cravings: I have diet or light cranberry juice and pour it into an ice cube tray. Then i put a sheet of plastic wrap over the tray and stick toothpicks into each cranberry cube. There soo good and keep me from snacking on high fat things =)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Why does loosing weight have to be so hard?? Im really frustrated right now cuz im trying really hard but im sick of trying and i want to start succeeding.
For breakfast i had about 300 calores, for lunch about 200 but in snaking (my continuous downfall) ive probably had 400! I feel sooo FAT. Also, i think ive gained like 2 pounds this week. I weigh on sundayz and wed. On sun i was 150, on wed i was 151, and now im pretty sure its up to 152. Im on my period right now so i keep telling myself thats why ive gained weight but everytime i say that i feel like im making an excuse. Excuses are my art, btw. I can come up for the best excuses as to why im failing and so im trying to stop making them.
Anyway, sorry about the ranting post but i need to get my frustation off my chest. Thanx for listening, and if u have ne tips that would be great! Ive been on a plataeu for 5 months!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok how does this soudn?? breakfast: pudding and special k bar (190 cals) lunch: bagel (300 cals) snack: banana (150 cals?) dinner: grilled salmon, green beans, fruit (dont know how many cals) and one hour of cardio. i went to whole foods and got some veggie burger patties today...only 100 cals each! i'm excited to have one tomorrow!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 141 - Hello all! I need to lose about 9 kilos, within the next month or so...this morning I had a small bowl of fruit salad, then did 15 minutes of vigorous dancing. I've had four glasses of water so far. Am I doing well?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 141 - An update...50 situps, 10 mins of vigorous dancing, 1/2 an hour of squats...is this enough exercise?
Also, how often is good for weighing and measuring yourself? :D

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok here's waht i had today...i'm not really sure if i did well at all so i'd like some responses. breakfast: special K bar and a cup of milk. snack: 40 cal yogurt. lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread. snack: banana. dinner:vegetable soup and a banana.
desert: 100 call pack pudding.
exercise : basically nothing...10 minutes on bike, 200 crunches...

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 175 - Please be as harsh as possible, how did I do? Breakfast: A light multi grain english muffin with a little bit of smart balance butter and 1/2 a grapefruit. Lunch: Turkey and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap, a 100 calorie pack, and an apple. Snack: An apple and one string cheese. Dinner: Salad and a "BBQ Chicken Pileup" (Its from the Biggest Loser Cookbook so its healthy) and a cup of low fat milk. Also I drank lots of water throughout the day. Exercise I had track practice, we did 5 laps around the indoor track plus 4 laps with plyometrics (high knees, butt kicks, high skips, grapevine) and then we did a 1/2 hour long circuit that consisted of: ski jumps, lunges, planks, pushups, high knees over cones, ladders (which is confusing to explain), shoulder raises, wall sits and jumproping. Then we did 4 laps around the indoor track of cool down. Please be harsh, anything I should add or get rid of?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 631 - Honestly dieting 4 me has failed. The first week of the new year I went on a chocolate binge (from all the xmas candy) It was all I ate!!! Nothing healthy at all! And now I noticed that since December my stomach has grown and I gained about 4 or 5 inches in my waist. I honestly need 2 lose weight. Do you kno if the fat smash diet works... by DR. Ian (celebrity fit club judge)
