Hi guys. Well I just started my diet four days ago and I havent yet checked myself on the scale though....I'm planning on doing that in about a week just to see how much I have lost. Keel going guys....and power to ya! If anyone wants to share some of their tips with me on hoe to lose weight fast please reply, I would really really appriciate it.

Hey ppl, ok i know that some of you ppl are unsatisfied with your weight. well thats ok because it doesnt only happen to you theres lots of other people that are very unhappy of there weight. but if your just going to sit there and brag about it your not going any where. your going to have to do something about. And i have it for you. Just make this as your daily routine like you know how you have to eat every day unless you feel like your going to die well, its the same as this. For breakfast: get a blender mix all kinds of fruits like apples strawberries, bananas, and others u like. Drink for a shake and bagel with not to much butter or creamcheese in it.For lunch: Have a bottle of water with some salad. this hasn'y happened recently- but you know what my biggest pet peeve is? it's when people try to tell me that i'm overweight becasue i'm big boned! i'm not even big boned- i have such a small bone frame- my pinkie and thumb can touch without straining around my wrist and my ribs are small- it makes them sound stupid and me feel really fat. i just wanted to tell that to somebody because i was just remembering stuff.

Hey i have started Basketball and we had practice tuesday wednesday thursday and friday last week and we ran like mad and if we missed a lay up you had to do 5 pushups because not only will you just get stronger upper arms you will get a stronger chest pass. But i didnt loose any i stepped on the scale this morning and i was 175 which is 5 more pounds since last sunday i up thats wrong. I am going to do pushups stretch and run this weekend and next week because we dont have practice for a while since finals are next week and they dont want to over stress us because at my school acedemics comes before athletics and if we cant do well in school you cant play any sports. so I need to study and excercise at the same time. I am going to run when ever we dont have practice or at least try to so when we do run like killers I am not the last one to finish. If you guys have any tips that will... hey! I know you all want to get to a certin size and everything but you have to keep in mind all the factors: are you big boned? how tall are you? are you short? Alll of these things play a role in how small your body will be. If you are losing weight in a healthy way then you r body will stop losing weight when you get to a size that is right for you, but if you look at yourself and you know that you could lose a little more then do so. But if someone telles you that you really are small enough or a doc does then you should listen because a doc knows best. So remember that you may not be able to be as small as your friends but whatever is right for you, is right for you.

I firstjust stopped eating meat and I lost 7 pounds in a month, but that wasn't enough for me. By then I was 5'3, 135, I started studying anorexia all over the internet. I felt like I had to limit my food intake. So I stopped eating anything fatty. I would only take in fresh fruits and cooked vegetables. I also started running so I could burn off all the calories that I would eat. I was then down to 126 pounds. I kept cutting my meals smaller and smaller and I would exercise like crazy. Running 6 miles a day and then coming home and doing 400 situps. It still wasn't enough. I refused to eat more than 150 calories a day. I was obsessed. I am not overweight, even though i look at myself in the mirror and see fat.... i am an anorexic boy, i have always thought that weight loss would make me happy, that if i was skinny i would be good looking, I have been told that i have lost too much weight, but i dont believe it... some times i feel like i just waant to fast, but i am not going to do that as it can result weight gain. i understand that my story may be different to other peoples stories which have been posted on this site, and in some cases the complete opposite---- i just want to say that this problem that i have is so hard, i just want to warn people not to take this road, as it just leads to a dead end- but i just want to hear other peoples opinions on my problem. thanks

Ht. 5'4", Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 85) - Hey everyone. I'm 15 and I'm starting basketball. I'm not exactly overweight but I'm not very skinny. I'm 5'4" and I weight 142 pounds. Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - Hi, I'm 17, 5'5" and weigh 170lbs. I'm fed up on being so large and flabby. I'm always made fun of at school and my friends are all normal weights and shapes. My best friend is the same age and height as me and weighs 128 - that's over 40lbs less than me. I have a 42" waist and i can rarely find any trousers that fit me in regular shops. What really hurts, thought, is that i weigh more than my dad, who's very tall and my mom, who looks quite chubby. Ok, I'm gunna ask this question again since I didn't get a helpful response last time. Volleyball tryouts are coming up in about a month and I really want to lose weight and strenthen my muscles. One of the repleys to this last time was something like Do you think there going to care who looks the best, No! There gonna care who plays the best. Alright, I'm mad. At myself. I want to lose weight REALLY bad, but I can't bring myself together and just stop eating junk food and drinking pop (that's just something to start my weight loss). I try, but it just doesn't happen. I have no movitavion, but I want it so bad! Anyone have any ideas?
