I have a question for all of you. Is it true that if you want to (burn fat)lose weight u have to eat lots of protein? or is it the other way. If you eat protein u gain muscle? cuz since i don't eat as much protein as i'm suppose to and i planned to buy a that protein powder to make ur own shakes. Then the guy there said that it was for people that kind of lift weights or something like that but then again in the same store ( different person ) said anyone can drink it and its good for anyone they made me all confused so i don't know. Can someone help with that? Thanks

yuk...all the protein stuff is really gross especially the bars, but meat and stuff is good as long as its lean meat and not fatty
