Okay this is crazy... I went from 155 to 151.5 and I was so so so happy and I thought I could lose more and maybe finally for once win the weight loss contest this week because I was trying so hard! Anyways, then the day before yesterday I ate really good exercised and I did great! So then I weighed myself in the morning (it was Thursday morning) before I even ate or anything... and I gained 5 pounds since Wednesday morning so that means that in one day... like overnight, I gained 5 pounds! I couldn't believe it it's just not fair I don't know what happened I couldn't have gained 5 pounds!!!! I'm positive that I went down to 151.5 I double and triple checked that morning just because I couldn't believe it and I was so so so so happy and then I gained 5 pounds. Anyways, for the weight loss contest, I'm just letting everybody know that I did lose weight, and I tried so hard and I was so so SO HAPPY and then all of a sudden it all came back overnight, I really did try so hard guys I don't know what to do I just want to cry I feel so depressed I just don't understand and don't say I should have weighed myself at night or that it was food or water making me heavy... I don't know what itwas... all I know is that it was 5 pounds so I lost the contest for sure already even tho its tomorrow... I really did try hard though, and I ate great and exercised but I guess it's just never going to happen for me. ok everyone i am around 170 and i have set a lot of small goalsi want to be 160 by valentines day 150 by spring break which is beginning of march and 140 by end of school year which is end of may and then 135 by sophmore year so u think this is possible i will post my exact weight tomorrow for the contest and i hope to be 170 exactly and i hope to have a lot of people really happy with who they are as a person i say if u are under 130 pounds ont go by scale go by clothes and dont go on a diet just eat healthy and excercise cuz u will grow into the weight if u are younger ones some older teens on the board may be done growing but still eat right and excercsie u dont need a diet to loose weight you just need to eat right and excercise so just work hard at it and set small goals like i did and u will get there i will till u as soon as i get to 160 so u guys now and i will tell u as i get to each small goal whut are some ideas for rewards that i can give myself none thaat involve food just like fun things to do give me reward ideas. Hey yall. Ok so I just took pictures of myself, wit my digitalcamera, in my underwear(no not sexually) but to see what i really look like. i was so distraught!!! i mean, its really an eyeopener. i am totally motivated now. not only do i have a weight goal, i have lil goals like i dont want my stomach to go out past my boobs anymore and i def dont want my lovehandles. so ill do excercises to get rid of those. i made a deal with myself that for every 8-10 lbs i lose, i will take another set of photos-that way i can see how much ive improved. by the end, itll be like having my own set of before and after pictures and i will be SO proud. yall should try this, its so motivational. ok well ima ride for tonite. i got church in tha mornin lol bye and good luck 2 yall

hey everyone...im having trouble losing weight. i weighed 204 pounds 2 weeks ago and now am down to 194 but im stuck on that...im on the low carb diet so if u have any good recipies for me that have low carbs, or any good excersies please share. im not a person who sits on my but and does nothing cause i do i play softball and volleyball and basketball. im never home and so im used to not being bored...but when im bored i eat. does anyone have any ideas of not eating when im bored...im usually not bored alot only when im home which is on weekends and around 1 hour a day so please please please help me!thanks i love ya all!u can give me ur email my email is imallforyou222@yahoo.com so email me and we can talk.!

Ive been making plans to lose weight for a long time, but havent really put in the effort yet. This morning my mom and I joined Curves (a gym for those who dont know) you got three times a week for half an hour, so hopefully this makes some difference. I also have to take gym class next semester (which starts in a week) so I guess I should be in good shape before my graduation in June. Im hoping I have to get my dress taken in. (I weigh 145 lbs im 5'1 and i have 32 percent body fat, which is in the healthy range I think, but could be less.) Im hoping to lose 20 to 25 lbs before June.

Yeah, I haven't really exercised for the last two days, but I did today. However, before I exercised, I weighed myself, and I had dropped 5 pounds in 2 days w/ no exercise. I know that that can't be good to lose that much that fast... Should I change something? (I know that the scale's fine cuz everyone else in the house is the same weight they've been for weeks...) I know 3 pounds/week is healthy, but 5 pounds in 2 days can't be too good. Someone tell me what I should do...
