ok everyone i am around 170 and i have set a lot of small goalsi want to be 160 by valentines day 150 by spring break which is beginning of march and 140 by end of school year which is end of may and then 135 by sophmore year so u think this is possible i will post my exact weight tomorrow for the contest and i hope to be 170 exactly and i hope to have a lot of people really happy with who they are as a person i say if u are under 130 pounds ont go by scale go by clothes and dont go on a diet just eat healthy and excercise cuz u will grow into the weight if u are younger ones some older teens on the board may be done growing but still eat right and excercsie u dont need a diet to loose weight you just need to eat right and excercise so just work hard at it and set small goals like i did and u will get there i will till u as soon as i get to 160 so u guys now and i will tell u as i get to each small goal whut are some ideas for rewards that i can give myself none thaat involve food just like fun things to do give me reward ideas. hey clifford i think its very good that your goals are in sight and nothing major. to loose 10 pounds at a time is a good goal and i think if you put your mind to it you can really do it
