Ive been making plans to lose weight for a long time, but havent really put in the effort yet. This morning my mom and I joined Curves (a gym for those who dont know) you got three times a week for half an hour, so hopefully this makes some difference. I also have to take gym class next semester (which starts in a week) so I guess I should be in good shape before my graduation in June. Im hoping I have to get my dress taken in. (I weigh 145 lbs im 5'1 and i have 32 percent body fat, which is in the healthy range I think, but could be less.) Im hoping to lose 20 to 25 lbs before June.
