Hey ..is there anyone that wants a diet buddy. I really need one. I want to start over tomorrow cuz I messed up again. All I can do is keep trying. I'm 5'1" and 145 pounds..I would like to have someone around my height and weight if possible. OMG...i just ate a lot of easter candy...how can i rember to stick to my diet and to fight cravings...

Right now im eatin 3 square meals a day and if i run 30 minutes a day and do like 150-200 situps and crunches everyday can i lose 40lbs by june?..july?..if not when.. CUZ I NEEDA KNOW!..so if i do all these things when should i be able to have lost 40 lbs? THANX!

okay whats the deel with slim fast?? b/c everyone on this website says its like an awesome diet so i wanna try it out for like one month if i follow all the rules how much do you think i will lose? and what are the rules ? like what foods can i eat? and what can't i eat? can anyone tell me something about this diet if so thx a bunch!!!

Hi everyone, i had a question. If every morning i wake up at 6AM and have a bowl of cereal with an orange, then six hours later at school have lunch at 12:30 consisting of a salad, chocolate milk, roll, and fruit cup or something similar to it, then approximately 3 hours later when i get home from school have 1 fruit (an apple, kiwi, etc. et.c) and a half hour to an hour later go on a 45 minute walk and then do a little cleaning and homework, maybe watch a little T.V., and then around 6:30PM have a good dinner. Plus no pop (but replaced by drinks such as choclate milk, sunny D, or applace juice) and 8 glasses of water a day. And on Tues. and Thurs. Instead of going home and eating a snack and walking, I go straight from school to gymnastics for an hour and a half and then come home and eat. If I did this plan every day, when do you think I would start to see results if i started tomorrow?? Please reply A.S.A.P. Thanx!!!!!!!

Ive been on a diet and ive lost 14 pounds im 5'4 and 151 pounds.When i get to my goal weight of 130 will i notice a change.Right now everyone tells me my size is diffrent but i dont see it. I know this might sound styupid but please answer.Summer coming up and i want to be swim suit ready.Andsince im 5'4 and want to be 130 beacuse of my hieght will i look less than 130 is one 130 the right weight for my height.

i have this new dieting thing i'm going to try out. it's i only have 1200 caLORIES, if i go over i subtract calories from my cheat day(once a week) but if i go a bit under i'll add those to my cheat day. sometimes i'll even skip my cheat day- but i won't have one at all if i go over too much. i love it! i'm starting it today. so far i've been awesome...
