Hi everyone!!!!! I am 17 years old and I weigh 152 lbs. Ugh, so heavy. Anyways, I need your help. I am going to a wedding in September in England and I want to be about 135-140 lbs. Since February, I have lost about 8 pounds, but I have been taking Xenadrine ( a type of diet pill). I know that its bad, and I have been taking different kinds of diet pills since i was about 13 or 14 years old. I need to start a fitness routine and help from all of you guys. I have lost weight but I am just a smaller flab, then i was before with no muscle definition. Also Carl Buddig lean meats are only 79 cents per package and each pack includes 14 slices of meat with each slice being only 10 calories and about 0.5g of fat!!!

hey guys. I was doing so well and got to 140.5 from 147 and now I'm 143 cuz I've been messing up. I know It's not the end of the world..however I do feel really bad about it. I'm just gonna start all over tomorrow. I have a camping thing on the 21st of this month and I'd love to be 135 by then. If I'm not I'm still gonna go and have a good time cuz I know I won't be able to lose 8 pounds. I'm gonna try though. I still have my trainer and I have muscles starting to show up and I feel more motivated then I did when I first started but I still have my doubts about being able to do it. I'm not sure what to eat cuz I want to build muscle and melt the fat off. To be a healthy weight I have to be 128 or lower and my goal is 120..it was 110 and then 115 but then I told myself I have to be real about it and I saw a picture of me when I was 120 and I was gorgeous. Here's the thing. OK on Friday, and Saturday I did really good, and I only ate fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and for lunch I had a forth a peanutbutter sandwitch, and a bottle of water, and I weighed myself this morning (I haven't had anything), and i weigh exactly the same and oh yeah, I ran 1.5 miles too. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

well everyone day one went well. i realize that i just have to control myself. i thought that was really hard but you just have to beleive in yourself. also it helps me to remember that just because you have a craving doesn't mean you have to give in. most likely the food you are craving is not going to dissappear, so you can have it the next day. and if it does dissappear maybe its a good thing.

Did u guys know that Wonder Light low fat reduced calorie bread is only 80 calories per TWO slices (40 cals per slice)and have 2.5g of fat (for the TWO slices) , hellmans reduced fat mayo is only 25 cals per serving and 2g of fat

Hey everyone. I'm 5'5.5 and weigh 146. I want to lose about 30 pounds at the least so I can stop being the fat kid. Whenever I go to the mall, I feel so fat because there are all of these really cute clothes but I know they wont look good on me so I don't buy them. I go running 2 miles every night that I can and I'm trying to be on a diet by not eating food inbetween meals. It doesnt seem to be working because I have done that for 2 weeks and havn't seen any results. does anyone have any methods to lose 30 lbs in a little less than 4 months?

I weight 145 pounds about and i am 5' 5" tall. I want too lose 20-25 pounds by the end of August of sooner. i was wonder if this diet plan would work...low fat cereal for breakfast, bagel with a bit of cream cheese lunch, and a small amout of what my mom makes for dinner. I am also going to run and have a tonning work out..DO YOU THINK I CAN DO THIS?*****************************************

I just read the back of a ready meal chicken tikka masala box and then read the back of a pizza box and the pizza was healthier!! I'm shocked!! Things are not always as they seem.... I could eat half the pizza and it is less calories than the Chicken Tikka. :o

OKAY~i feel that i can do this, i want to lose around 10- 16 pounds...by june 10th, can i do it? i will eat very healthy exersize everyday...i will have a lot of fruits and veggies and not eat any fired and greasy stuff, i need to do this~i feel i can but i need support and i need a diet plan.
