hi ,i'm 14 and weight 68kg,my heigh is 159cm.In school i always get bullied about my weight and i'm tired about it i don't want to go on a diet but i will exercise.But the thing is when i get back from school ,i feel so tired and i can't exercise.know how i could fit my exercising time in my busy day and can i lose 8kg in two months and not going on a diet.

Yea i kno how u feel. school should start later! lol. try joining a sports team at at school. that will force u to exercise even when ur tired and afta a wile ull get used to it.
