I weigh almost 200 pounds and I am only 14. I hate being fat. Will anybody give me any tipes on how to drop the extra weight. I feel like a cow next to my friends.

this past week i have done sooo bad! i am so afraid to weigh myself cuz i think ive gained. so im going to make sure next week i keep on track and hopefully lose this extra that ive put on. every time i get a craving, i tell myself, No you are going to be ugly for the summer and spring, but that doesnt even work. I am just pulled to the kitchen!!! :( anyone feel with me on this? do you have any ideas on what to do when i get cravings..like have water..anything else to motivate me too? thanks guys and good luck with your goals! i am 5'8 230lbs..later!!

sorry i forgot to say i dont have a problem working out on the contrary i have just started track and i normally always do crunches, situps,pushups,leglifts and lunges every night i just mainly need help on eating i just cant seem to resist food

hey everyone my names helenim fifteen years old and im a sophmore in highschool (10th grade) i use to come to this website all the time and i lost a great deal of weight i was 170 in seventh grade and by the time eigth grade came around i was 116 and i kept that up for a whole year and a half but then over the summer from 9th to 10th i got really depressed and i have been grounded for a year and a half as well so that didnt help but it was my fault i got grounded any way now i way 134 and i would really like some motivation to lose it again also i have not gotten any taller since eigth grade so i know thats not the reason. all i know is i was really happy with my weight last year and i was less selfconcious then i am now so im hoping that you guys will give some input towards me and my situation and ill give you some regardless please help ~helen~

hey guys, i think i had around 1000-1200 cals today. i had a few glasses of water not alot thoug. 500 crunches and had volleyball practice. i really want that bikini before spring break... 8 more pounds to my goal!

Hey! Im 16 and have tired everything to lose weight.. I really want to lose inches on my stomach, thighs, and legs.. Nothing seems to work.. I tried drinking water but i did lose alittle weight but i think im gaining it back. I need some ideas bc i don't want to try any weight loss pills. Ive done everything even exercise. Can u help me?

today I thought i did pretty good. for breakfast I had a breakfast drink. It has lots of nutrients so its good for you. For lunch I had a salad that had chicken in it, some pears, and 2 carrots, also 12oz of milk. i havent ate dinner yet because im loaded with homework, but i think my mom is making BLT's (Bacon, lettuce, tomato, 2 pieces of toast, mayo.) I will probably only have 1 but maybe 2? How did I do? Will the bacon and mayo do something bad? I am 5'8..15years old...and 230 lbs..soon to be 150lbs!!(that is my goal weight)

Peeps, newsflash, i lost 30 lbs drinking 12 glasses of water a day, come on it works, used to weigh 140lbs and now 110lbs, do the math, i only ate cheesy foods once a week..eat healthy and drink water.

What does the flim fast diet do? Does it work? Is it unhealthy? I need lots of detailssss. I weigh 160 now how long would it take me about to loose mabye 30 pounds? And does it make you blow up after and stuff?

I'm pissed. Why are there girls that are like 100 pounds posting about 'how fat there legs are'? It's really annoying. I swear, this is supposed to be an inspirational site, and when you have girls that are rail-thin bitching about how 'fat' they are, it really brings me down. If they're fat, then what am I???

Hey guys. Do any of you not count calories or points on weight watchers? Just like watch what you eat? Becaus I've been doing WW but I'm kind of in a rut, and I think it's just allowing me too MUCH freedom to eat what I want, and I'm not losing weight, and I was thinking I could jst like watch what I eat and try to make good choices for a week and see if that works. I have pretty good instincts about how much food and what kind because I've been watching my weight for 2 years. Do you think it'll be ok just to kind of stop when I'm full and eat balanced meals?
