this past week i have done sooo bad! i am so afraid to weigh myself cuz i think ive gained. so im going to make sure next week i keep on track and hopefully lose this extra that ive put on. every time i get a craving, i tell myself, No you are going to be ugly for the summer and spring, but that doesnt even work. I am just pulled to the kitchen!!! :( anyone feel with me on this? do you have any ideas on what to do when i get cravings..like have water..anything else to motivate me too? thanks guys and good luck with your goals! i am 5'8 230lbs..later!!

Hey! When I get a craving I think about this summer and I say to myself 'what am I going to look like?' I want to look good so I don't eat it and then I get water or something healthy. Keep trying and don't give up!
