omg you guys i was doing so good today and then i ate chocolate.which really made me mad do any of yall have a suggestion as to what to do when you get cravings or what to do when you see food that looks really good? any answer is fine with me

When i get a cravivgs or see good food i think to myself how am i going to feel when summer comes and i cant wear cute things beacuse of my flab it always works

figure out an "anchor." Wear a bracelet, think of a quote or a picture that will anchor you to your commitment when you get cravings. I wear a bracelet that I touch every time I want to overeat. It kind of reminds me not to. Also, whenever I'm at friend's house which is when I always overeat, I have just decided that I can't eat any food at their house, even if it's healthy. Also, always have a glass of water in your hands so you don't have the urge to snack.

just use portion control, the more you deny your urge for chocolate the more you will want it , and the more you will eat, so just try having a serving size and then maybe do an extra 5 mintues on your daily work out, GOOD LIUCK!! :)
