omg my mum bought me a dairy milk with caramel (she doesnt no im on a diet) and im soooo tempted 2 eat it but i know its goin to ruin my diet especially at this time of night!

ok so for breakfast i had a yogurt and a kashi peanut butter bar..(its good for you..theres not much fat or anythihng)..then for lunch i had half a turkey sandwich a pria bar and some veggies and im gonna have some healthy snack...i may not have time to excerisce but i had gym..

man i feel so guilty today i didnt workout because i am tired and had a headache and i cant workout tomorrow eaither, all i did today was walked the track 1 mile slowely for gym. i worked out mon, tue, and wed though. is that okay

ive decided to go on the strictest diet i have yet.. i have to make a complete change if i want to look better by summer. breakfast- egg beaters fruit and maybe one piece of light wheat toast.... lunch- cottage cheese w/ fruit..yogurt smoothies... fruit... cheese stick...ww 2pt bar... any combination of those foods. nothing when i get home from schoool and then wat my mom cooks for dinner in a very small portion. ive got to do this. i want to be at least 185 by my bday which is july 12th.... starting june 26th i have so much stuff going on that i want to be 190 at most by then... if not lower... i have a trip the 26th- july 2nd for a thing with my chuch then i leave july 7 for MD then july 13 for VT and july 12 is my bady... softball is about to end so i gotta run and do DDR everyday.... how does this sound?

emm hey, i was jus wunderin dus ur intake ov calcium affect ur diet in anyway cos i was finkin about takin a calcium supplement as i dont eat enough products which have calcium in them as i cant drink milk. if any1 nos plz reply x

OK hi i just want to say something. I posted that message about people writing about what they ate and i was jus saying like rae rae said i can be sort of irritating. I love coming on here and i do try to help people and get some tips myself aswel but I was just asking if it was annoying you. I wasnt supposed to be offensive cos u lot are all great :) im sorry if it offended you all and i wont ever say stuff like that because u lot are great and it wasnt suppose to be offensive.

hey, i just wanted to say that i am 5,6 feet tall and i WEIGH 213 POUNDS. i would really like some goods ideas that would work for me because i start a diet and then instead of lossing more weight i gain weight. i have many problems with my weight. i also get really nervous and eat more or even when im depreased(which is like everyday because i get sad of the way other people are skinny and i just cant reach my goal of lossing around 50 pounds. can someone PLEASE HELP.

ok so my update from losing 11 pounds...yesterday I went on the scale and lost 3 more pounds so yay. I'm really happy..even if it's not a lot I know that a little bit goes a long way....:) I'm proud of myself.

I started Winsor Pilates yesturday. It was really really hard! I did the abs video and 2day I am gonna do the bun and thigh one. Then, on sat. I am gonna do the fat burning one. This summer I am gonna be at a program called Upward Bound and we have 2 stay at our college for like 6 weeks. So I am gonna do winsor pilates like 2 times a week. But, we will be exercising there and I am gonna watch what I eat. Has anyone ever done winsor pilates? If you have, how much weight/inches did u lose? Thanks

hey guys i was just thinking to help people we should write the health product we eat...like desserts and stuff that arent that bad for you to help people get threough it better..
i personally suggst skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (ooomg, they have he creamiest ice cream i have ever tasted and it is soo soo good, only 140 cals. and barely any fat) And pria bars, which are like snack bars in the health food aisle..anybody else have any good foods they like:

You guys, in 2 days, I lost 5 pounds. I got on the scale today and I was down from 160 to 155, it was awesome. I know its mostly water weight but at this speed maybe I can lose 15-20 pounds in a month anyone that things I can reach that goal or come anywhere close to it, let me know. bye everyone and thanks for all the help and I love reading everyone's posts good luck to all thanks again, Casey.
